Ok, with my last post on "Overtraining" I'm going to cut up my workout. Now the question is...how should I work the muscle groups together. Most would go: back/biceps shoulders/triceps chest/abs (you do other days on abs too but this is a hard day I suppose you could say) and hamstrings/quads/calves. My one question is though you get a lot of work out of your biceps when you do routines with your back, and also you get a lot of work with your triceps when doing shoulder exercises. Just wondering but couldn't this lead to overworking a muscle group in one routine. I'm currently bulking and I'm not looking to work a muscle group any more than with 3 exercises per that group. I'm very experienced with weightlifting, but I still have some questions that I'd like to be answered because I might be able to get a hell of a lot better results. So, any suggestons on how I should cut up my workout?
