View Full Version : a good way to start bulding and planning my threads

yesterday about 600 sit ups,and i only have a single 45 dumbell.
i do about 60 back arms.
60 biceps
and my push ups are week.
about 90 push ups incline one day and 90 pushups decline another day.
and this morning i read on whey protien.
and carbs and other sufficint protiens and also water.
im trying to get my work out down packed.

im really trying im getting to be 40 but i'm 38 now.
im 5'6 i weigh about 225.
and i have fat around the chest area.
and also the gut.

i will try as hard as i can to loose the wieght.

if any one has any information that can help plz respond.

If you want to lose weight, but only have a single 45lbs db, you should perhaps try to add some variation for your bodyweight exercises.

You may especially wish to add some leg exercises.

Also, what do you do for cardio?
