Hi all!
I'm new here and in need of some suggestions.
I have just had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago and will be going back to the gym in a week or so.
I am healing extremely well and my plastic surgeon has said I may resume my normal workout when I return...working back up in weight (which shouldn't be too hard considering I'll have had 3-4 weeks of rest).
My implants were placed over the muscle, inframammary incision.
The delima:
What exercises would be suggested for my chest routine and what exercises may be a waste of time?
Week one of my 6 week cycle may be incline, decline and flat bench, week 2 may be cable cross overs, peck deck and flat flys. Week 2 would be similar but continuing to mix it up.
So if anyone has any experience with implants or just educated enough to give me some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
Granted, I would have no problem what so ever continuing to do my chest (and being smart enough to know you can't spot lose or spot gain...all parts need to be trained), but if I can weed out ineffective exercises at this point, I can cut some gym time.
