My first comp. I'm doing the swim suit/fitness competition & Novice light weight Body building (probably). Whatcha think? I'm worried about not having enough mass for the bodybuilding comp. Comments, suggestions, muscles that need work?

Not bad bro. Keep it up!

Time to get LEAN! Keep the diet tight and do at least 60+ min. of cardio a day. And be sure to post pics when you win!

Good job, dude. Interesting that you actually look better from the back than in front. Usually it's the reverse for most guys. Your back is gonna look awesome if you still have 8 weeks left.

yes I agree the back shots look better then you front shots. Hmm suggust you do some heavy chest movements to bring that up quickly and some fly movements to hit the inner pecs which appear to lag a little. Could be your posing too. Work on posing every day and try to buy tapes on the subject or get your hands on a trainer that can really sharpen you posing. Good look your legs and back look right on track .. Inkman

Yea my chest sucks, I'm just going to hit the **** out of it of the next few weeks and hopefully it fills out by the show. And as far as the posing goes I've been having an expierienced friend of mine helping me out. Thx for the feed back.

man your back is awesome bro , youll kill in that pose , legs are good and shredded but need more size. sorry bro but front torsue sucks . id probably skip comp and get your abs ,side obliques, serratus anterior , chest ,delts, traps and arms up.
