Hi,
I'm thinking of getting the BetaLeanHP by EAS. I want to use that, coz i feel awfully tired while dieting. I weight 185 pounds, 19 years old, 5'11 and i take around 1500 calories per day during my diet phase.
To keep my protein intake high, i use a whey isolate with low carb and EAS Myoplex low carb (30g of protein and 3 g of carbs). I wanted to know if I have to take more calories than 1500 per day IF i'm going to use that BetaLeanHP.
Keep in mind that I also do 30 mins of intense bike 3 times a day and i sweat like a pig. In the beginning of my diet (3 weeks ago), I weight around 195 pounds and now it seems that i hit a plateau.
Secondly, i wanted to know if you tried BetaLean Hp and if it was "better" than Xenadrine or Hydroxycut or if it's pretty much the same thing. Also, did you hear about FormulaLean???
