I'm 2 days out from my competition and I had a hydrostatic bodyfat test done last night, I'm at 6.1%! I'm so stoked I just wanted to share with people who understand what it takes to get to this level. I was bragging to my parents last night after the test and they asked "is that good?"

At my last competition, I came in right about 8.5% @ 144 1/4lbs and my goal for this show was to get under 7%.

Anyways, before last night I was going through the "final days depression" where I thought I looked small and flat and I worrying about what the other competitors were looking like. Well this has given me the last little pump I need to make it to Saturday. No matter how I place I surpassed the goals I set for myself so I'm already a winner.

I want to publically thank Layne for all his diet help, I followed the final week plan he sent me and it is working unbelievable. Thank you!

Well I'm just getting anxious and I wanted to share. Thanks.

Arniefan-

Thanks for asking.

I weighted in at 143lbs and took a 3rd in the Open Bantamweight (143lbs & under)and a 5th in the Novice Lightweight (165lbs & under).

Next competition is in April and I going for a first place finish.

Thanks Arniefan.

A 1st place finish is my goal! I have a 2nd, 3rd and a 5th, but the number one spot has eluded me.

I know where I need to be physically and mentally and I have the game plan set in motion. I'm bulking right now and we'll see how much "clean" weight I can put on before I start cutting Feb 1st.
