I would love to enter a women's fitness competition for next year's summer comps. Where should I start now??
I just began getting back into my gymnastics, training myself with basic tumbling. Cartwheels, front and back walkovers, handstands, etc. Working toward being able to do handsprings, tucks, and layouts again.
