Well, show me the _evidence_ that WPI is better for body composition or exercise performance than WPC. There is NO such evidence. And since WPC is much cheaper, it offers better value for those who CAN digest lactose. However, WPI is a better choice for those who wish to buy a lactose-free product.

I don't find this very expensive:

I cannot open than link but if you can buy a WPI product for the same price than a WPC then go for it!

Yes, I know you read it because your "formula" was based on his book. :) You are posting exactly the same arguments on Finnish boards so it was too obvious.. :) I would suggest that a bb.com moderator double-checks his IP number..

What can I say, I am so sorry...joke

Then you probably can give a bb.com moderator a "permission" to check your IP number and tell other readers where are you from, right? :)
