i am not doing a ''contest", but im cutting as if i would, i am not trying to get as dry on contest day perse, but i am really tryin to shred up. I am prolly about 8% right now.You can see my abs pretty well.

Diet is egg whites/oatmeal/chicken breast/brown rice/veggies/tuna/whole-wheat bread.

Should I get rid of skim milk in things like oatmeal and in my protien shakes? I also eat no-fat cottage cheese at night.

You could do without the milk sugar in both the milk and cottage cheese. As for the oatmeal, if it's 'instant', switch to rolled/'old fashioned' or steal-cut oats. Consider lowering your daily carb intake and get on a 'timed-carb' schedule for better fat-loss results.
