::::My True feelings on OATS that i posted over a year ago::::

all i have to say is oats. eat your oats and eat them a lot. eat them plain, eat them with splenda and cinnamon and carb count down dairy beverage, but dont eat them out of those little packets, dont eat them with sugar, dont eat them with milk, for that will make the oats not so oat-mazing. oats are a way of life not just a food. people think you can only eat your oats in the morning with your breakfast, well im here to tell the world that oats arent just for breakfast, and should not be labled as such. oats can be a part of your lunch, dinner, snack time, or even part of your shake. shake i say shake. buy a coffee grinder, buy one now and put a cup of oats in it and watch, watch as it makes the oats into a fine oat powder. oats in grinder is oats, oats as a powder. oats as powder. powdered oats. then take this and put it into your favorite shake, like whey protien and pow, you have the best post workout shake ever. and i also recomend making a shake like this b4 your workout as well, but you might want to add some egg or casein protien this time, along with your whey, WHEY TO GO OATS! after time and some gagging, if your a vag, you will reailzes that oats have a power far beyond most other foods. they are a complex carb that will not make you fat, emagine that. dont eat bread, dont eat processed food. if you must eat a carb besides oats make it veggies. veggies are the only other carb i shall ever consume. that and maybe a sweet potatoe every once in a while. they are pretty good for you but guess what, not as good as oats. some say try wheat bran, or some other type of bran stuff, and you know what i say to them, i say oats. i say rolled oats, i say steel cut cuts, i even say whole oats, if you can find them! nothing like the smell of some oats cookin, thats what i've always said. even the smell of oats right out of that round cardboard container. have u ever tried a raw oat, have you? ever seen the quaker oat guy naked? if i regret anything in life its not finding oats sooner. i mean sooner is better then later, but still, an oat is an oat, rolled, ground, steel cut or whole. Steel cut OATS do not grind up as well as rolled OATS, as they are very hard when raw. Best bet is to use rolled OATS when you want to grind your OATS up and steel cut OATS when you want an amazing carb source.

Lets say you people are big into Bodybuilding, health and fitness or whatever you want to call it. You eat good (OATS), want to look good now and forever. This brings up the question, could you possibly be with someone who eats crappy food (does not eat OATS) and does not work out and does not care how he/she looks??? I hope the answer to this question for you people is a big fat NO!!! I hear about this too many times. For example i hear people say: "I workout so hard and my diet is good but my significant other does not go to the gym and eats bad, and he/she is started to get fat" well guess what budday, he/she is only gonna get fatter and more lazy as they get older. And when/if you say, hey maybe you should get to the gym or diet a little he/she will jump down your throat saying "you should love me for who i am!!!". Yes PU, this is true... But it just goes to show you that all the products you see in the grocery store are owned by the same company, or some groups of companies... I mean Coke and Pepsi own so many companies it would make the average consumer surprised. Sad thing is some of these companies actually own tabacco companies and and they are the companies that put out loads of crappy food/drink products as well. Funny story from yesterday I am sure all of you would like. Well my boss wants to hire somebody new for our team at work. So a week ago he gets a bunch of resumes and looks them over and he notices one of them under hobbies has weight lifting. So my boss calls me over and says hey look, we can get another meat head on the team just like you. So I tell him if he is truely in to weight lifting he should know the power of OATS. So yesterday my boss brings him here and does the whole interviewing thing, takes him around, shows him the place, etc etc. So right before he is done with the interview he asks the guy the million dollar question!! LOLOL Here is the email chain of my boss and i talking about it...


Boss email: Had no clue to the benefits of OATS.
That was a plus. Last thing I need is two guys telling me how great oats are.

Oh I got a story for you.

So the other day I was at the gym working out like usual, like a nut like I usually lift and I was doing my straight legged dead lifts. I still cant hit the really heavy weight that I used to do for this exercise, like 315, but I am getting back up there (right knee still not 100%). So anyways I was doing around 225 and using good form and everything, minding my own business and all of the sudden I feel someone grabbing my ass, I was like what the hell and this was during one of my sets! So I turn around and it was this bodybuilderish type girl. She was extremely hot, like 5'8'' very curvy (b00bs and d00pa), long blond hair, greenish/blue eyes, veryvery nice to say the least. So I drop the weight and I don’t know what to say. So she says something along the lines of "sorry, I was walking by you and I got distracted and almost tripped over you", then she gave me a HUGE smile. I was like, what the hell, got distracted by what and how could someone trip over me, I mean I am pretty big and off to the side. So I say to her "umm, ok, sorry" and I smiled a little. Then I turned around, but I realized she was still there…. So I turn around again and she was smiling at me and she says "hey, you have really good form, mind if I watch you". So at this point I knew she was up to no good, started making trouble in my neiborhood, I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and she said you are moving with your auntie and your uncle to belair. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the Licensplate said "fresh" and had a dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought now forget it, yo home to belair I pulled up to a house about seven or eight And I yelled to the cabby "yo, home smell you later" Looked at my kingdom I was finally there To settle my throne as the prince of belair
