Does anyone else have a hard time being consistant in the winter with diet and training. I am very much a seasonal person and especially being that I train by myself have a much harder time trying to push myself to do my daily workouts much less get out of my warm bed to do cardio. Maybe it's just more excuses but I really hate it sometimes!!

I never have in the past, but now I live more north and in snow, it's too damn cold to get out so much. :D

It is hard enough getting up at 430 am to go to the gym.
But doing it in the winter is the pits!

When your car has 6 inches of snow on it, the plow just came by and piled two feet of snow at the end of the driveway right before you were ready to back out, it is so cold you can see your breath while driving all the way to the gym, and you have to wear 80lbs of clothes that you have to strip out of when you get there. :(

Yeah...I hate doing it this time of year, but I'll still be out there tomorrow at 430.

DEFENATELY!! I find it a lot harder in the winter!! The fact that it is cold, dark and depressing probably is the reason on my side. I just don't have as much energy in the winter as in the summer. Not enough sun out there!!! My gym is so cold in the winter too, so 3 tops and 2 bottoms is the deal in there.. ARGH!!

But like you... I still hang in there - I think obsessive and love is what it is called..!!
