Are you inquiring about supplements or just in general, including nutrition and training?

Supplements - if you think that would be a good boost for me to get started. I've tried to go to the gym 3 times a week and I'm just over tired when I get there...I'm having trouble pushing myself...I'm also interested in a nutritional and workout program that will encourage me, so I'll get into a routine. I use to be somewhat in shape about 10 years ago, but of course that was before children, a divorce and the work schedule that I'm living right now, I'm actually a little frightened about my health. I would love to loose 25 pounds and be toned.

It all begins with nutrition and with vitamin/mineral supplementation.....that should help your fatigue and boost your energy level. Get a multi high in calcium, folic acid, and iron and take some collodial minerals.

Chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, egg whites, yams, potatoes, some brown rice, green veggies, fruit and lots of water should be the bulk and foundation of your nutrition. Toss out all the processed, quick fix dinners......those are loaded with junk and do nothing for you physique.

Once you've established proper nutrition, then add the thermos (fat burners).
