You don't need that leg attachment.

No Way, ill guarantee that bench hasnt got much of a capacity which they never tell you in the description. Do it right first time, id recommend the second one he showed you (powertec). Preacher curls have got nothing on good old barbell curls and squat and deadlift variations are much better for your legs (and knees for that matter if you do them properly) than leg extensions or leg curls. Although leg curls have their uses but extensions are just bad.

this bench is really wide I think it can hold a good 4 to 5 hundred pounds. Its got the 14 inche steel gauges as well. In looks alot more stronger in real life.

Personally, I'd save a couple hundred more bucks and get a good power rack and 0-90 bench. If you're serious about lifting weights, the bench you listed wont last very long.

The higher the gauge, the thinner the metal, so 14 gauge isn't particularly sturdy.

I went and bought the keys fitness bench 2day and let me say it was a good buy. After working out in gyms for 3 years i wasnt gonna go out and just buy some noob bench. I wasnt worried about getting leg attachments and preacher curls, but they seem to be worthwhile when i wanna change up my program a bit. Overall very good bench for 300 hundred cdn.
