1 Chicken/Turkey breast or equivalent in luncheon meat
2-3 tbsp on Sauerkraut
1 tbsp thousand island dressing
1tbsp crumbeled feta
1 slive swiss cheese
Mix together the sauerjraut, thousand island dressing and feta in a bowl and set aside.
Take your chicken/turkey breast or luncheon meat and layer sauerkraut mixture on top, add a the slice of swiss cheese on top and micro wave for 2 to 3 min or heat in the oven at 350F for 10 min.
Eat. Dont know the nutrient macros but its carbless and delicious, the sauerkraut is all dietary fibre so use as much of it as you want.
