hey, I have CEE Higher Power, and it doesnt mention anything about off days on the bottle, should I take a serving just to keep my body going?

Hey man,

im also taking CEE and do take it on my off days.
maybe if you post up the exact product and brand you are using one of the other guys might be able to give you some definate advice though.

however i am guessing that you should be taking it on your off days

In the first post, it says HIgher Power Nutrition CEE....I think I am just going to take a serving on off days instead of two like workout days.

Take 1 (one) serving on your off - days of 2g. On workout days, take one serving before and one serving after your workouts. After about a month of taking CEE, you only have to take it on workout days Post-Workout, because your creatine stores will be full.
