Hey guys,

Im doing my first ever novice BB show on June 10th in Chattanooga, TN. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated, as i know there are many veterans on this board, thanks guys!

ht: 6' 2" wt: 205 BF: 7.3% as of 2wks ago

4:30- coffee

4:40- Cardio (30-40mins of light jogging)

5:20- Whey Protein (36grams)

6:00- 5 whole eggs + 1 cup oatmeal

8:30- Whey (36g) + 1/4 cup cashews

11:00- 8 oz Chicken Breast + 1 cup brown rice

1:30- 8 oz Chicken Breast + 1 cup brown rice

3:30- Whey Protein (36g) + 1/2 cup oats

4:30- Train

5:30- Whey (45g) in 16oz Gatorade

6:30- 10 oz sirloin + large salad 1/2tbs olive oil

Before bed- 23g casein 12g whey in water

Training Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat

Cardio Days: Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sun (Tues, Thurs, Sun upon awakening + Fri PWO)

Are you using anything?

How many weeks out are you?

Youre pretty lean- how muscular are you?

1.-I would have a protein drink in water before doing the AM cardio.

2.-I would lose the 5 whole eggs and eat 10 eggwhites scrambled in Pam cooking spray.

3.-I would drop the Gatorade and eat a baked white potato at post-workout

4.-I would lose one of the shakes and eat a solid meal of chicken breast,brown rice,and a salkad with vinegar.Food is always better than a shake...2 a day,pre-and post workout is OK.

5.-I would cut the steak to 6 oz. and lose the olive oil.....you are getting more than enough fat and calories from the steak alone.

6.-Add in more fibrous veggies and salads........great fiber and good for filling you up and for fat loss.

Just my opinion.good luck my friend!! :)
