View Full Version : Meeting with Trainer today

Hey ladies!

I have decided to hire a trainer to help me. I'll let you guys know what contest we will do and of course keep you guys updated. He's putting me on a very strict meal plan and will be tayloring my workouts. Imay not have time to do a journal everyday but I will start one anyway.

Right now I'm 176lbs at 14%bf, goal is to get to 7% and keep most of my muscle. Going to the gym now (shoulders and traps) I meet with him at noon.

Good luck with it!

You must have some awesome muscle mass to be your size and 14% body fat!

That is cool and I am about to start back going to the gym. I am trying to enter in a contest.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. It's day 5 of my new meal plan, so far so good. I miss cheese, bread and sugar. He cut out all shakes and protein bars. I eat 6 full meals a day and a gallon of water a day. I spend most of my free time cooking. I bought small tuperwares to have ready made meals. The only I have to question him about so far is why he wants me to decrease my work out routine. He has me down to 3 excercises/3 sets/10-15 reps where I'm used to doing 4-5 excercises/4-5 sets/6-10 reps. When I leave the gym I don't feel like I worked hard enough.

Anyway I'll keep you posted.
