One suggestion for the lifting stats is, you should be able to put more than 12 reps, I'm mostly talking about squats. Squats are most effective when doing high reps, I mean, 12 is pretty low. It should at least go up to 20.
Another suggestion is adding more exercises that can be recorded. What about shrugs and other popular exersizes? Maybe users should be able to type the name of their exersize, so that they can record any exersize they want? It's a pretty good idea!
What do you guys think?

But then it would be hard to judge the 1RM. Maybe a few more types of exercises listed.

Good idea. Although the Workout Tracker does this I don't think the overall progress graphs are viewable to everyone, only the user.

That idea is beyond dumb. 12 is already high enough as it is. The reps are there to calculate what your 1 rep max is. 10 is used on most strength standard charts and sometimes 12 is used rarely. If you have 20 reps (at least), what would be the point? For example, doing 20 reps at 225 on squat would equal around 400lbs+ squat, which is so false if those 20 reps at 225 were your max.
Shrugs aren't that popular except for people that do them when they should be doing more compound exercises.
Your ideas are not good.
