Hi, im going to have my own home gym, and i dont have a big budget but i have seen this, it has a sqaut rack, bench, leg curl/extension, preacer curl and lat pulldown cables, and i think you can do seated rows aswell. http://www.toymonkey.com/bigpic.asp?SuppPartNo=PWR6&lastURL=benches.asp
This is all my budget can afford and it is the same price as my years gym membership so i think it is a good choice.
Thanks.

You sound sold already. I tried this out at the store the other day. The self spotters were either way too low or way too high. It's not very adjustable. For about the same price you could swing a bench and rack, which would be far more adjustable.
I would try to find a place to try out the bench if you can.

I got this setup not too long ago. Except mine was advertised as the Marcy P10. Same as the picture though. Placement of the supports are a little unusual but I adjusted pretty quickly. My main concern is durability. I don't want something that will collapse I'd say it's pretty solid IMO. The only issue I have with it is the sleeve/pole assembly doesn't glide like the expensive stuff I was used to at the gym but a little wd40 now and then does the trick.

I have the APEX PWR-7 which looks identical to this one. To me it seems pretty solid. I dont use the overhead lat pulley or the low pulley due to I own a cable crossover so I cant comment on the pulleys. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy mine. Like someone above said, the spotter posts to me are not adjustable to the correct position. Either too high or too low. All 4 of the spotter posts do not go into the openings well at all.. I am considering selling mine and getting a squat rack.

I have that same bench. For the price I paid I'm very happy with it. I got mine from Academy for under 200 bux. When I was putting it together I accidentally put the weight post holders on the inside instead of the outside but it turned out better as I'm able to do low pulley rows from the bench instead of sitting on the ground. I feel that it is sturdy enough for myself, I'm not extremly strong. I'm able to use some 5' bars from another weight set and they fit into the the holes so that I'm able to use it like a power rack albeit if I was squatting very heavy I wouldn't trust it. If you are trying to stay in shape and are not extremly strong I highly recommend it. Eventually I will replace mine (2+ years from now) but I don't regret it one bit!
If you have any questions let me know.

Silicone spray works wonders on the pully system.
