I got my Higher Power CEE, 3g a serving.
It says to take 1 serving before a workout, and one after, but I also have NO-Xplode, and that has 1g of CEE, so should I take that with the first dose pre-workout as well, they would be taken at relatively the same time. Maaaybe 15 min aprt MAXIMUM.

See what works best man. They generally suggest 2.5g pre/post workout CEE. If High Power CEE is a powder than it shouldn't be a problem creating those doses. You can take them together also. No need to space them.

just make you no xplode shake mix it with about a half a scoop (1.5g) of the hp cee and then post get some gatorade powder (dextrose) and make a cup of that mixed with a scoop of hp cee.

I have caplets, and my no xplode is usually two scoops so that would total up to 5 grams pre workout, should I just take 2 pils and that would total up to 3.5 pre and then 3 pills after word.

hey dude, I just ordered some higher power CEE today also. Can't wait to see if its really better than monohydrate. Anyway, yea, you might as well just take your CEE with your no-xplode. And, why cut the dose? You could try taking your no-xplode with your 2.5 gram scoop of CEE. I've been noticing that a lot of suppliment companies make serving sizes small so that you buy more, and you end up needing to take multiple servings, so probably, adding more is better. ...key word being probably lol. Good luck and report back as to how it is plz.

Just take the CEE (4 caps) 30-45 min pre-workout with 12-16 fl. oz. of water and then take Xplode (2 scoops) with 8 oz. water about 15 min before workout. Take another 4 caps of CEE immediately post-workout with another 12-16 fl. oz. of water. This should work well.
