hello...
i need a bit of help with my diet program...I am a 15 year old female...5'3...135 lbs...i am weightlifting with my boyfriend and doing some cardio-10 mins a day... my diet currently consists of

Breakfast:
1 bowl of cereal (CORN POPS) and glass of milk

Lunch:
I eat a salad (chef or tossed) along with italian dressing..a bottle of water or either a diet soda...

Supper:
I eat pizza sometimes..sometimes a salad(a burger king salad w/ croutons and LOW fat italian/french dressing) with a diet soda, chicken(NOT fried),beef,spaghetti/pasta...and other meats like hoagie meat

My goal is to lose 15-25 lbs within 2 1/2 months...SHOULD I TAKE ANY KIND OF SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP WITH MY DIET OR DRINK ANY KIND OF PROTEIN SHAKES??? ANYONE WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANKS!!!

Number one is you're going to have to eat more than 3 times a day if you want to lose fat. Make sure you get enough protein, quality complex carbs, fiber(preferably from vegetables), and good fat. Try to avoid sugar and saturated fat as much as possible. Put that together with a good weight training and cardio program and you will start to lose fat.
