Carbs and Cals in Mashed Sweet Potatoes?

Does anyone know how many carbs, calories, etc for already cooked, plain MASHED Sweet pots?? I am having a hard time figuring this out for some reason! Thanks for any help! :)

This depends on how they are made. Mashed potatoes -- even when they taste dry -- tend to have gobs of butter or other fats in them.

Try using fitday.com or nutridiary.com (both free).
