View Full Version : Wed Night Show- no pre judging

OK, my show is on april 19th, so I'm 9 days out today. I go on stage at around 6:45 or 7. I'm planning on this for my carbs:

Wed- 190
Thurs- 155
Fri- 120
Sat- 85
Sun- 50
Mon- 20
Tues- 20 @ brekfast. Starting at 8pm 40g every 2 hrs til bed.
Wed- 40g every 2 hours. At 4pm I'll have a personal sized pizza and some krispy kremes. right before i go on stage I'll have a couple snickers or other type of candy bar and maybe another donut.

Water: 2-3 gals a day. Tuesday 1.5 gals stop at 3pm. Wed (show day) sips of water.
I'm also slowly lowering my sodium. I'm at 4000mg a day now. I'll go to 2000mg on friday then 1500mg starting on monday. Then 1000mg on tuesday.
I have some Xpel that I'm planning on starting Monday night.

Does this look to be a good plan?
Does anyone have any opinions on using Pure Vitargo for the carb load?
Would it be wise to use Glucophase XR during the load?

my depletion training will be this:
Fri- Legs
Sat- Back/bi's/traps
Sun- chest/shoulders/tris
Mon- pose
Tues-pose
I'm doing 50 minutes of cardio everyday also, which I will stop on Sunday

Are you serious, I have never heard of something like this?

Where is this type of contest?

And are you serious abt needing help?

I weas wondering if he was serious also,if so the plan is not all that good IMO.

I won`t comment further because I have never heard of a contest taking place on a Wed. LOL :)

A wends. show, with Krispy cremes, Pizza and Snickers as a "before the show" meal.....and no prejudging.

I am serious. Its a show at my school... not a "real" show.
I didn't think I was too off either with my plan. Have you guys read Layne's article? The pizza/donuts/snickers are all part of a mini sh*t load. These are all highly reccomended loading foods for right before going on stage...

yea but pick one... not a bunch of different crap foods. A small personal pan pizza will easily get the job done... do not throw in krispy cremes on top of that

Do you have an opinion on the Pure Vitargo and the GXR?

SO, how did you do at the show.

Know of some peeps that went, said there were some pretty swole dudes and alot of high school cheerleaders there! True?

well actually... I took home the 1st place trophy! it was awesome! and i'm not too sure about the high schoolers... there was just a ton of people there... so there definately coulda been haha..
