So today is my birthday, and I thought to myself hey, what better time then now to start a supplement log, and try something new myself. With that said I have had my eye on M-Stak for a while now and figured why not give it a go. This log will run for the next 21 days to examine the effects of M-Stak on my training.
1)Stats
Height-6'0
Weight-161lbs
Body Fat-16%(tanita scale so yea)
2)Diet
Well I would not say my diet is the best, but I do intake a lot clean foods, and will try to limit my intake of junk/fast foods during this log as much as possible. I would say my caloric intake for the day being somewhere around 3,500 calories. Foods I eat consist of eggs, tuna, chicken(both canned and breasts), steel cut oats, good cereals, veggies, fruits, granola bars, steak, pork, farina, some deli meats, cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc. For the most part I eat rather clean.
3)Training
Im currently running a specific routine, its pretty different then what I usually do and I plan on using it for the 21 days of the log. I will list the exercises daily.
4)Other supplements
Scivation Xtend during workouts
Multivitamin once daily
Omega Complex twice daily
5)Expectations
Based upon my previous experiences with Animal products im pretty exited for this log. Im expecting some strength, energy, and muscle endurance increases. Other then that I really don?t know what else to expect, so im going into this with an open mind, ready to have some intense workouts!
Any since i thought it was funny
