I'll start posting my workouts tomorrow I'm already 2 weeks into my training for the meet which is on May 13th in Spartenburg, SC. I'll be competeing in the 242's

Squats- 135-10x
225-5x
315-2x
365-1x
405-1x(Z-Suit/straps down)
425-1x(Z-Suit/straps down)
450-1x(Z-Suit/straps up)
475-1x(Z-Suit/straps up, knee wraps)
500-missed twice(trying to get used to the single ply gear w/no briefs) this and more will come up on may 13th!!

Wide-Stance Sumo Squats- 135-10x
225-5x
315 2 sets of 1 rep
all sets raw

Rack Squats- 675 2 sets of 2 reps
745-1x
all sets raw

One-Legged Leg Exts.- 65 3 sets of 12 reps(each leg)

Stiff-Legged DL's- 135 2 sets of 6 reps

Standing One-Legged Leg Curls- 65 2 sets of 10 reps
+calf work
+ab work

(Good workout, working with the single ply gear is gonna go better than I expected.)
