This is quite possibly the greatest discovery, it's made my prep about 20 times easier to handle.
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp splenda (not the packet type)
1 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Dip
Combine all of this in a magic bullet (or food processor). Blend until all the cinnamon is pulled off the side of cup (about 20 seconds).
Spray pre-heated pan with non-stick spray. Careful to flip it because it is a bit liquidy, i pick it up with a spatula, and let some of it run off onto the pan before turning it over. Top with Walden Farms Calorie Free Syrup and enjoy! It tastes like a very soft and fluffy chocolately pancake. On my re-feed days i add 1/2 cup of oats, it mostly adds to the texture but still tastes amazing, especially 13 weeks into dieting!
