my girlfriend is wanting to lose that little bit of pudge on her stomach and her love handles. personally i think she is beautiful and i really dont even notice it, but you know how girls are. anyways she weighs 112lbs. she is about 5'4" her measurments are W-25" Chest-32" Arms-10" hips-34" thighs 18 1/2" and calves-13". so you can see she really isnt big. everything isin pretty good shape other then her stomach that has a little pudge. what kind of diet do you recommend for as far as pro. carbs and cal. im getting ready to go on clen and she thinks she wants too. i personally think it is a bad idea but i cant say no because it would be like a double standard. what is your suggestions on the matter, and if she did go on it would it make her look sick in all the other areas. also could i break the pills in half or even a third to start her out on. HELP

Low fat, low carb diet with 20-30 minutes of cardio each day for 5 days a week.

Some fat is needed by the body so going low fat isn't necessarily the right approach. However, the chemical responses triggered by certain carbs have a profound effect on weight. The best thing to do is have her watch (limit) her starchy carb intake and increase green veggies, and add essential fat such as various nuts, flaxseed oil, olive oil...........

Have her use interval intensity in her cardio to keep the body off guard.

Clen is only a supplement and is useless if her nutrition isn't right. If she want's a thermo, have her take an OTC.
