I'm a 22 year old female training to be a bodybuilder and was thinking about trying 1-AD because I'm having a hard time putting on lean mass. I'm tring Nor-diol right now but want something stronger. Wondering if any females have tried 1-AD yet and if so what did you think?

I'm gonna copy this to the supps forum as there are probably guys there with female friends who may have experience

After getting great results with Nor-Andro, I briefly tried 1-AD. My voice started cracking, and I got a teensy bit bigger down below (if DH noticed, he never said anything). My experiment lasted 3 whole days. It works, but the "sides" will be unacceptable for most women.

I used 1-ad for 2 weeks solid with one pill a day and had great gains from it. I broke all of my plateaus and still have kept it even after 4 months. I had wonderful libido boosts but I took a break for two weeks and then started on the 2nd cycle and then I broke out on my back and face. I have great skin other wise. I had no permanant side affects. I think it just depends on your natural hormone levels and how much you take. Good luck

I'd say just be careful and pay close attention to side effects. Adding calories and certain training techniques can assist you in strenght gains too.

Just read all you can on the supplement and study what previous users say and make a decision based on that.

I did a cycle about 3 months ago and had good gains. However, my hair fell out more than normal and my face and shoulders broke out like never before. I think it all comes down to how you do the cycle. I followed what the supplement store owner told me which I found out after I emailed the company with a question, was too much for a woman to take.
By the way, email, write or fax your congressman about the proposed ban on prohormones!
