I have puffy nipples. My dokter sad it's not gyno. But I think it's a weak form but not sufficient enough for surgery. It's mainly fat around the sides of my pecs and the puffy nipples that bother me. I'am cutting right now, now I have a bodyfat of 10%. I still had the fat around my pecs last summer at around 7%. Now I will cut down to 4 to 5% BF. My question is, is it possible that I won't get rid of the fat around my pecs when I am at 4% BF. Will it destroy my stubborn fat eventually when I have only 4% BF?

Thanx in advanced!

Its sounds like gyno to me. It may go with low bf.

how did you check ur bf%? as unless done by an experienced person it is hard to give such accuracy,
i too have a bit of flab arond the sides, but since changing my chest training day to include decline dumbell press, slight incline flyes, and scissors they are looking alot better even though by bf% is 15+, now every week i look forward to blasting my chest!

When my abs are starting to pop out I know I am at around 10% bf. But my main question is: will stubborn fat, go away when your BF is extremely low (4 a 5%)

I have the same issue and no, mine has never gone away. I'd go get your hormone levels tested at a endocrinoligist to make sure everything is in place.

I already have done that. And everything was normal.

Then I have NFI.. you might just have to get really lean for it to go away.

EDIT: Try and get a second opinion on the gyno.. sounds like the pre-cursor to gyno to me. (what I've got: puffy nipples, slight fat around side)

yes, i think we have the same thing. Will you or can you do something about it? And were your hormone levels of balance?

I've had this problem all my adult life but it never bothered me until I got too much body fat built up. Let Brutalbeast be an inspiration... this is one of the best transformations I've seen:

I would say build up more muscle because muscle burns fat.

Puffy nipples doesnt mean you have gyno, if you got fat around the chest then all you can do is cut and the fat around there will go in time, if the puffy nipples dont go away this still doesnt mean you have gyno.

oke, if that will go away when I'am totally shredded and I still have puffy nipples. Is there something you can do about it? It looks oke, when their cold (when I am in the water or having cold)

DOnt think so, I also have them, went to the doctor and he said I had more tissue around the area then other people and thats why there like that. Some people just have them.

I went from 310lbs to 225lbs with 192lbs LBM. I still had puffy nipples, but not as large as before at 300 lbs. But keep in mind I was doing the atkins diet and did drop my calories to almost starvation (~2000 cals or less or more). There was not system to my weight loss, so thus I lost alot of muscle. Is there a such things as chest cardio? (-:

Are they tender to the touch?

Are they tender to the touch?

nope, not at all. That is why I don't think it's real gyno.

You said you had hormonal tests done. Do you have the results? If so, would you be prepared to post them here?

It sounds like you've got what I and apparently YS have, puffy nipples, but not actual identifyable gyno. I'm hoping it will eventually go away, but if not, there's always surgery if it really is that troublesome.

I don't have the results. I had to test my blood in the hospital and I had to call my dokter 2 weeks later to get the results. He sad they were normal, so I didn't ask any further about it for any specific outcome (hope I am typing this correct, I am not English)
