I get off around 8 pm and live in Utah :( What do you guys do for some activites where you live. I am sick of movies so any suggestions would be cool. I would be with my gf so take that in consideration as well. You guys have no idea how boring Utah is, summer will make it a little better to find thigns to do but not right now. Any help would be great.

Go to bed early so you can get up at a reasonable hour to go do pretty much anything people talk about in this forum.
You could also go somewhere with a good view of the stars and watch satellites pass over, look for meteors, stuff like that.

Oh I know Bro... I was once stuck in southern Utah for 11 hours, in November, (Through the Night), in a sleet storm, in a Hyundai Sonata covered in Animal gore... With a paranoid meth head in one seat and a 6 month pregnant woman who had to use the bathroom in the backseat... And all I wanted was to see something nice out the friggin' window inbetween lightning flashes...
I still can't think of that night without getting the shivers! And I no longer have a fear of Hell... So as far as I'm concerned Southern Utah is the armpit of the Universe... The other arm pit is Western Nebraska in winter...

As for things to do... Depends on where you are in the state... Southern part... Screw it... Just make the blast out to Vegas!
Northern Utah... I'd make the blast over to Yellowstone... Yellowstone is gorgeous everywhere, and I know there are winter lodges open around there, with cheap rates and they're usually good with availability.
