A special thanks to PU and Tank at Controlled Labs for allowing me to be a part of their exciting new product. I think letting your customers and fans of your company be a part of something new and to offer constructive feedback is terrific and speaks volumes about your relationship with them.

A little backround information about myself: I'm 22, and have lifted on a consistent basis for over a year. Right now I weigh 165, which is almost 30 pounds heavier than I was a year ago. (I promise to have pictures up by Monday) PU has a timeline with pictures of himself at different weights, and physically I look identical to where he was at that weight, so my fear of embarrasment about posting my pics was diminished a little. I'm a hardgainer who put on that weight while using Concerta (an ADHD medication that greatly suppresses appetite), taking classes, and working a full-time and part time job, so while I do still have a lot of work ahead of me, I'm proud of what I've been able to accomplish thus far. School is over, I'm off the Concerta, and while I do work a lot, hopefully the gains will be a little easier to accomplish than they have.

I switch my routine up every 6 weeks, going from strength training (reps) to a bulk (pyramiding), and my next bulk starts Friday. I was planning on using an NO/Creatine product during this time, but for the sake of giving a more true review of Purple Wraath, I will hold off. Being as skinny for as long as I have been, really my goals are to fill myself out with a weight that is proportional to my frame. The only other supplements I'll be using is a multi, fish oil, ZMA, and protein (Mass Meal, I-Pro, ON Whey).

I'm sure many of you are aware of what Purple Wraath is, but for those who aren't, its an EAA/BCAA endurance product. Check out the FAQ PU wrote up at: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=739093

Friday was my first day of Purple Wraath. I took a full scoop about a half hour before I hit the gym, and noticed it did have a hard time dissolving. I drank what I could, refilled my cup back up and stirred the leftovers at the bottom and siked myself up for chest day. As for taste, it really does taste like a grape chewable Tylenol. Not the greatest thing I've ever tasted but it certaintly wasn't unbearable by any means. I took Tanks advice and put another scoop of the Wraath with 10 oz of water and let it dissolve on my way to the gym.

Had a great workout on a day that I thought I wouldn't make it to the gym. Tweaked my back a little at work the night before, got only a few hours of sleep, and had to run around all day Friday doing errands before making it to the gym. Definetly definetly attribute my good workout to the Wraath. I went up 10 lbs on both flat bench and incline (skipped decline because of my back, did flys instead).

One problem I have with chest/tris day is that I'm usually smoked up at the end of chest and am pretty beat come time to do tri's, and to be honest my tri workouts have been lagging. Thanks to the Purple Wraath, I had a nice, sustained energy all throughout the workout, and ended up doing a couple extra supersets at the end of my tri workout (close grip, skullcrushers, rope pulldowns/dips) which I was most pleased about.

I have no past experience with any BCAA/EAA drinks, but I can tell I'm really going to like this stuff. I've contemplated energy supplements such as Amp to help me make it through a workout without being smoked up towards the end, but most suppress your appetite which is something I don't want/need. This stuff is exactly what I've been looking for, as I had as much energy at the end of my workout as I did to begin with.

I really like your detail this far man! Keep up the good work and you'll end up with a great log!

Cheers,
