This looks interesting, maybe some large washers, but they look milled.

I kinda question the need for those since they're 1 lb. standard size plates. 1.25 lb standard size plates aren't that hard to find. Even if those get only 1 bid, you're paying $5/lb once shipping is figured in.

I was just kind of curious as to what they were, somebodies homemade idea or some small time outfit making them.
