Hey guys, what are your tricks to getting the water out of your legs (naturally) on show day? I've had this problem pretty much my whole life, but it never bothered me before. Since I'll be stepping on stage I need to figure a plan of attack.

-Keep your feet elevated higher than your heart.
-Stay off your feet as much as possible the week of the show.
-Drink lots of water. I drink about 1.5-2 gallons now. Should I increase it?

Are there any other tricks people know? Food? My legs have good size they just look like they are holding a gallon of water in each of them (see progress pictures).

Supplements I'm taking:
5 grams creatine monohydrate
Centruim multi-vitiamin (3 times daily)

I'm not going to use any over the counter diurectics. I think I can win without them. Just need a little help of getting water out the natural way.

Thanks,
Joe

well if you are 6 weeks out why not just increase your HIIT cardio. I find it hard to believe that elevating your legs above your heart will work better than a good ole' HIIT session. Just my opinion though, maybe that stuff u mentioned actually does work, i dont know

Your probably holding fat in your legs, just keep pounding them with HIIT cardio, and pose them frequently. Maybe try some yohimbine hcl to help with stubborn fat ares (abs, thighs, buttocks)

I'm definitly on the cardio right now. I guess I'll standby for a couple weeks and see how things come in.

I know starchy carbs will help dry me out too.

Thanks.

Well guys I just can't give this topic up yet. :)

I'm going to try upping my potassium and sodium intake more. I've done quite a bit of reading on it so I know the bad side & good side. I'm always open for adivce about sodium and potassium.

I'll post some pictures in a couple days to see the difference in vascularity and definition.

I didn't worry much about it. Came in with a pretty good split. My legs where the very last thing to lean out--happened at about 2-3 weeks out. I also didn't lift them for about 7 or 8 days before the show.

Yeah, I expect my legs are probably going to do the same thing as yours. I've quit lifting legs. I've ramped my cardio up so high that I feel my legs are getting a good enough workout.

My immune system crashed the same day I wanted to start the sodium/potassium intake increases. Give me some time to get the body back together again.
