I've been doing the gym and having protien shakes and watching what I eat to the best of my ability for just over 2 1/2 years now. My issue is that I am having an hard time toning up, I was told do light weights with low reps but then again i was also told to use low reps and gradually increase the weights. I'm confused, I did lose weight but gained it all back hopefully in muscle (haven't had a body % fat test to find out) What I would eventually want to achieve is a lean, toned body, thin theighs, flat belly and toned tri's, I want to SEE the muscles, but have NO idea how to achieve this, If ANYONE out there can give me pointers and details that i can use, I would love the input.
