I dug this out of an original thread of mine, tweaked it, and put it here for your enjoyment.
In honor of my redneck friends in southern Indiana:
Supplies:
1) cooler with wheels (works arms and shoulders, stores beer, and doubles as a seat and a livewell)
2) BigKat rod with Zebco 733 Hawg reel and 50# Spiderwire (I worked a whole day to pay fer that Spiderwire, works yer back yankin' on it when you get hung)
3) Slim Jims (that's what Nugent eats aint it? Good source of protein)
4) 12 pack of beer (for proper hydration and general comfort, exercises yer arms and gets them stabilizer muscles when ya try to keep from spillin' it when them danged jet skis rock the boat)
5) at least one catfish of at least 25# (after workin' the rod a while, holdin' out to the side and grinnin' works the traps and delts, is also a good source of protein)
6) bass buggy (where else d'ya think yer goin' to workout? Works whole body tryin' to unload the blasted thang from the truck)
7) Doyle Lawson or Charlie Daniels CD to play in that new radio you picked up off the road the other day
8) '77 Chevy truck (to haul yer gym in and have a place to sleep off the beer and Slim Jims)
Instructions:
Repeat this process sunrise to sunset ever' day that ends in 'y'
