Animal Test is amazing and is hands down my favorite Animal/Universal supplement. I have never been so solid and determined to lift all the time. This product helped me put on serious mass, increase on all my lifts, and I was able to lose body fat on it. Animal Test turns me into the Venom version of Spider Man. I love it and would love to get some for the massive incredible bulk I am so close to venturing on.

My favorite product is Animal Test,
To put on mass it's the best,
No bull ****, forget the rest,
Thanks to Universal, I have a massive chest,
Goes down easy, makes no mess,
Solid results, and it costs less,
Other companies are you jealous yet?

**Favorite product is Animal Test to bring out the beast within

I am going to say my favorite Animal product is simply Animal Test. It is the mass monster builder and I look forward to employing its services very soon in my own journey of hugeness.

Animal Test! Hands down...nothing else matters.

Yes, I love Animal Test

Seriously though, out of every Universal Product (Everyone of 'em is great), Animal Test is definitely my favorite. You see before, I was a fat kid at 270 beef caking around not knowing what to do. I lost all the weight down to around 215 lbs but I wasn't satisfied. I lifted here and there and do what I like to call "pretending" to lift. I just wasn't sure what to do, how to do it, what split, what routine, what supplements, what diet, cardio, etc. But hey, everyone has to start out right?

Then one night, I saw the new product of Animal Test, and decided what the hell, and I got a can. Next thing I know it was like a world opening up to me. I had spent all my time (prior to Animal Test) reading up and bettering my other halves of the game (diet / routine). I had my heart and head in the right place, I just needed that extra kick in the ass to get going towards it. After a week on Animal Test, my life was forever changed. I was hooked. I have never been more motivated, focused, desired, and just ready to let the weights fly in the weight room. I never knew I was capable of moving that amount of weights or possessing that inner fire to just kill it each and every day with no remorse. Animal Test, seriously helped me recomp my physique and brought out an inner passion from within. I was able to get rid of that "skinny-fat" he might lift weights look and pack on some lean mass while trimming up to look more like a guy who lifts weights. I dare not say bodybuilder, because I still have more dues to pay...but maybe one day with continued desire, dedication, and the help of Animal Test, I will be on the stage and showing the effects it has had one me.

My whole style of training went from just getting a slight pump, to going bonkers in the weight room. Shirt tearing pumps, blood on my shins from deadlifts to puke buckets on leg and back day. Animal Test seriously opened up this whole new world for me, like describing color to the blind. I was able to finally envision myself making progress. Animal Test provided me with the mental focus and spark to ignite my inner passion into a furnace of desire and dedication. I now try to maintain the same intensity day in and day out in the weight room in an effort to just see one inch of progress.

Everything I have achieved thus far is a result of Animal Test, as it has completely not only aided my training, but changed my whole outlook of how I train. I have never been able to increase on every lift, do more reps, put on more lean mass, all while shedding body fat. The best part is, I didn't have to do any dreaded cardio. I just went into the gym, and moved heavy weight and focused on each lift. I had the mind/body connection between muscles and their contractions as I felt every slight movement. The fast recovery enabled me to keep giving every session hell and begging for more.

In short, Animal Test is more than just a product to me. It is a way of living, that has forever changed my training and will greatly aid me in hopes of achieving every worthwhile, hard work piece of progress I can make.

Thank you Universal, for always being a solid company and creating such great products. Without Animal Test, I was just another "fat skinny" kid curling weights every after noon attempting to look like I knew what I was doing--and for that I say thanks for the transformation.

Its all about Torrent and Torrent is all about convenience. We all know the importance of a solid postworkout nutrition program, but it grows tiresome pulling out 4 or 5 different tubs and measuring out all those different ingredients. Torrent takes that inconvenience out of the equation. A few scoops of Torrent and I have everything I would want in my postworkout shake, plus more. With such a solid formula, its only icing on the cake that it tastes great. We all know that it can be difficult to make a homemade shake that still tastes good. With Torrent, you get convenience, formula, and great taste, the perfect combination for your postworkout needs. To top it all off, its now availabe in a brand new apple flavor.

From Storm to Shock Therapy to Pak, to Pump, to Torrent, whatever product I happened to be using at the time was generally my favorite product, because they have all been effective.

With that said, I now believe my favorite product is Flex. I have cycled all the other products in and out of my supplement stacks, but Flex will remain a staple forever. The aches and pains in my joints that were hindering my progress are almost non-existant now. After about two weeks I noticed a dimished amont of pain, and now after about three months of using Flex, my shoulders and elbows feel so much better. Thanks for the great product guys!!

Let's see... I lift, I eat, I sleep, I study... I supplement.

Clearly my admiration of Universal hasn't gotten through. :D

There is an Animal 'Iconic' bumper sticker on my blue, 2004 Honda Civic Coupe.

I'm on a sponsored EST Propadrol log... I'm reviewing ON's Nitrocore 24...

...did I mention I love Universal's Animal Pak simply because it is the best multivitamin I've ever used?

Love Controlled Labs and contemplated using Orange Triad once, but i love Animal Pak too much -- you really feel a difference in your day once you've consumed all 11 pills in the AM. The pak says suggested use is twice daily... yeah, I take it once in the AM and I'm good all day.

Thanks Universal.

Ok I just had the privelage of trying Green Apple Avalanche Torrent this week.Hands down my favorite now. Where do I start? how about the flavor...
AMAZING!!! there is a reason why this perticular product is generating more and more buzz lately.Unreal,flavor..unmatched in any post workout shake. That means even for you people out there that think this might not be down your alley..it is really really refreshing!.( and im more of a refreshing flavor kind of guy) I say give it a shot at least..YES the flavor of this product is that good. I cannot wait to get my hands on a full tub just based on the flavor.

The profile is as solid as they come.Im very busy between going to school ft and working ft, it is real hard to get all the nutrients I need day in and day out.WIth this perticular nutrient profile in torrent you get EXACTLY what you need and then some right after your workout.THe Leucine content is actually just a little above the dose that all the scientific data has shown to activate mTOR! some could care less but at this point in my life, with the goals I have as far as training goes I am way beyond picky as to what goes in my body. The taurine, the creatine(blend!)all of which are great, all contribute to growth. This is not because they say so but based on evidence.Which is why Univeral hit a homerun w this product. No hype mumbo jumbo in this nutrient profile, couple that w the taste and You have my favorite universal product now and probably for a real long time.It doesn't stop there tho! waxy maize starch ( I use and love) electrolytes. Getting the picture? I will say based on the profile alone that if you are serious then you get this product but it is serious.

It has been mentioned before but I would like to mention another reason why I absolutely love Green Apple Avalanche Torrent. The convenience is unmatched as well. Now like I said I go to college ft and work ft.If I just lifted here and there for fun this would not matter, but bc I want results it does.Time is at a premium, and Torrent helps out and helps out big time.I leave the house at around 530am for my 1st class at 630am,between school and work I don't train untill after 8 this time(usually9 or later) so I put my torrent serving in a ziploc bag(what I usually do for shakes) and then put it in just a little over 20 oz of water. I said to myself the nutrient profile looks good,it's universal as long as the taste is good I won't mind if it doesn't mix perfect.Guess what? mixes just about perfect.Shake it real good for almost 30 sec and mmmmmmm!

what more can be said about this product? if you ask me, A LOT! muscles felt full next day, didn't use long enough but there is no doubt it will help w recovery immensely! 6lb tub is real nice too! Over time the energy from the citrulline malate will be apparent. That is a huge plus for me as sometimes I need that little push in gym or even walking to class, which citrulline malate will help in.The reduction in ammonia build up from it is a plus as well esp if you are eating lots of protein.A nice little health nugget.Universal really peaked my interested to say the least.Everyone has different goals, different interests. With my goals and my interests, Green Apple Avalanche Torrent is now easily my favorite Universal supplement! I will bet the more people try this product and use it that I will not be the only one to have it has their favorite from universal as well! Congrats fellas! this product is simple in many ways yet has me pretty excited, that is probably bc I take what I put in my body very seriously.Which is why I took the time to write this. In a world full of low quality mumbo jumbo products I really appreciate universal for putting out a product like Green Apple Avalanche. Thanks agian guys can't wait to get a full tub of this stuff sometime soon!

So I'm reading this reviews and I feel like I'm reading those reviews from a magazine. I feel like some may be exaggerated and have some extra adjectives thrown in there to make the supplement sound a little "overboard". We all know (well at least the educated ones know) that supplementation accounts for very little of your gains when compared to Nutrition, Training, and Rest.
I've always been a fit guy, never going over 10% bodyfat. After bulking for over a year, I went from a starting weight of 160 pounds to 184 pounds. Before I knew it, it was almost spring break and I was going on vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I look in the mirror and I for sure had some definition. However, my abs were cut like I wanted them, and neither was my back and shoulders. I quickly made my nutrition plan cutting down big time on carbs and stacking up on some good fats and protein. I took a quick trip to "The Vitamin Shoppe" to grab some Redline a friend suggested me to get. He said it gave him some good energy and helped him get cut pretty quickly. Of course since it was my money I was spending, I looked around and checked out some products and ingredients. After searching around the store, I decided to go for an "under-the-radar" product called Super Cuts 3. Maybe this is a well known product, but as for me, I have never seen this in advertisements or heard of it. So I took my chances and bought the Universal product. I used it as directed for the next 4 weeks and cut down from 184 to 169. Now I'm not going to exaggerate, most likely a lot of that was water weight considering I drank nonstop and hit the sauna constantly after workouts. However, I definetely got that definition I wanted and had a nice 8-pack... (yes 8-pack) for vacation. My avatar is a picture of me on vacation. Now I truley cannot tell how much the supplement helped considering I changed my whole nutrition plan to lower my bodyfat too. However, there is one thing I know for sure. I, for sure, lost some bodyfat and got cut quick. So next time I decide to cut, I see no reason in deviating from my last cutting "nutrition and supplement plan". For this reason, I will buy Super Cuts 3 again and continue to buy it everytime I am cutting. Maybe the results weren't from Super Cuts 3... Or just maybe they were. So either go out there and try it yourself, or I'll happily keep it my own little secret (well not so much secret anymore!).

Hope you enjoyed my fricking novel. Sorry if it was long. I just really was impressed with that product.

Here's why I shouldn't win... LOL

The next Universal Nutrition commercial LOL

Picture this: It's 5:33am and you hear this constant, alerting yet subtly irritating buzzing noise. you roll over and turn off your alarm clock. As you attempt to hoist yourself out of bed you rip this enormous fart so strong, you could melt snow had there been any around.

You walk to the bathroom, stumbling from exhaustion, do your business... brush your teeth, wash your face. Slowly you climb down the stairs and you can already smell the auto drip on your coffee maker going. God, it's great - an enormous grin befalls your face with your eyes half open.

You get to your kitchen cabinet and pull out a coffee mug, a measuring cup and your allergy meds (zyrtec d). You reach into another cabinet and pull out a can of Animal Pak Multi Vitamins... and then you walk over to the fridge and remove the half & half and your fish oil capsules. You walk back to the counter... measure .5 cup of half & half and pour it in the coffee mug as you serve yourself a freshly brewed cup.

You reach into the Animal Pak can and begin to rip open a bag as all the little pills scatter everywhere. You release a quiet cry (as to not awake the girl who's sleeping in the couch downstairs - yes the one you tossed out of bed so you could sleep and get up early as to not wake her in the first place) as you get down on your hands and knees searching for every last pill...

...finally after ten minutes of frantically searching you carry the 11 now floor ridden pills and your coffee to the kitchen breakfast table and seat yourself. You grab a banana from the fruit bowl and begin blowing on each pill... downing 2-3 at a time.

Big Smile comes over your face as you sip your coffee and down your Animal Pak Multi Vits... /END SCENE

Yes, really happened to me this morning. :(

Wow I posted my little blurb and got shown up by a complete review immediately after

If that was about my review I'm wicked sorry! Totally wasn't going for the show up.
I was just so damn tired of a magazine being taken up with ads that are longer than most articles with the fine print "Results not typical" "When taken with a healthy diet and exercise" or "For maximum results do cardio 5 days a week, lift for 6, and eat like Jay Cutler"
C'mon man, we all know exercise and nutrition is the key and the other stuff is called "Supplements" for a reason. Why don't people just go out and buy the same sneakers as Michael Johnson so they can run faster.
I just freaking hate how supplement companies aren't regulated, they can and do throw complete crap into a pill and then the marketing department takes over and creates a snake oil ad. "You will get huge and ripped at the same time in 22 minutes with our product" Screw you. I do love Universal's ad for Animal Cuts though...."Because cardio sucks" what a great slogan!!!!
There are however little things that do help us out and some do work better than others.

After personally trying so many products and then checking them out in a lab I just had to back Universal and say that yeah, what they say is in the bottle is actuallly there unlike SOME companies (Anyone remember Hot Stuff was huge years ago??) and what is in there can get you over a plateau be it with muscle catabolism, anabolism, thermogenics, etc. Not to mention they do it at a reasonable price. You ever price out a BSN stack?? Holy Crap!

Bodybuilding is an extremely difficult science, you gotta find what works for you. Just do some digging first, check out the ingredients, find some scientific articles, look in exercise & nutrition journals, find studies from universities, and you'll save yourself a lot of time and money.

Man, now I wanna start a company that does nothing but test the purity and effictiveness of supplements.

Good luck to everyone and thanks Universal for not pushing crap!

and to Rob Awesome....that was effing hysterical! Dropped one in a heater vent in the kitchen and almost lost my mind!

I just want to say Killer Review. I just started Pump and am loving it too.

Thanks a lot for the kind words.

Honestly, I never cared if a product was yummy and the company came out with a wild-mango-tango flavor. Does it work??? More importantly....WHY??!! I drank some stuff from Larry Scott's company years ago and it was freakin the worst taste ever....but the ingredients were right and it worked.

Again, what works for one may not for another. Just wanted to say that the stuff in Pump has been proven effective, the components are solid, and what they say is in the pill pack actually is.

A personal and technical review on Animal Pump.

The personal part:
Over a period of years of lifting on and off I have run through a gamut of bodybuilding products. I am a 34 year old endomorph with the bodybuilding genetics of a slug so gains are not that easy. I have to admit I have gotten caught up in the hype of certain products just like everyone does for faster gains but after a month of cycling a product I always end up back with my Animal Pump / Animal M-Stak combo.

It's not just for personal effects either because I have one big advantage as a consumer in that I recently received my PhD in Biochemistry. I am what most manufacturers fear... someone that is into bodybuilding and has the means to evaluate products by mass spectrometry and gas chromatography and spread the word of if a product is junk or not and if what they say is in a product is really in there. So I?m here to spread the word on 4 main components of Universal Animal Pump from a science and personal perspective.

1. The Foundational Creatine Matrix (3000mg): At first I wasn't putting stock into this mainly because of the name they gave it. For years now, much like everyone else, I have been pounding creatine monohydrate on and off. Now I had to see what this matrix was all about. The creatine ethyl ester is essentially creatine because once it's in your system it actually turns back into creatine. So what's the point??? The point is that in theory by having the ethyl ester group this make the derivative more lipophilic which gives us a faster rate of adsorption and also takes longer to breakdown. OK, that's one good thing. Next is the Tricreatine Malate. What is the one thing we all hate about monohydrate? The stomach discomfort, bloating, and water retention. Well, Tricreatine Malate is a highly soluble creatine salt that provides much greater increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate. This compound is creatine bound to malic acid. Malic acid is a naturally occurring kreb cycle intermediate, meaning that malic acid plays a crucial role in our natural energy producing cycle. Malic acid coupled with the effect of creatine as in Tricreatine Malate offers much greater ATP production over conventional creatine monohydrate. Additionally this creatine salt will not make you hold subcutaneous water like creatine monohydrate would since there is no water molecule in its chemical structure. All hydration will occur in the muscle cell. Also, Tricreatine Malate does not cause stomach discomfort and does not need to be loaded. Awesome, two out of three so far. Finally, the Magnesium Creatine Chelate. I think I rambled on the last point so I am going to make this brief. Sure it may sound technical but simply put, it's magnesium binding to creatine. Why? Well, let's skip the science and I'll just point you in the right direction. "Synergestic Effects of Magnesium and Creatine on Ergogenic Performance in Rats" This was an actual scientific study performed and published in The Journal of Applied Research in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics. The conclusions of this study were that that ergogenic activity is enhanced when magnesium and creatine are chelated together in a 1:1 molar ratio and subsequently ingested as a single molecule compared with equivalent amounts of magnesium from either MgO or magnesium bisglycine chelate admixed to creatine monohydrate. Furthermore, creatine monohydrate alone did not produce equivalent ergogenic results to those produced by magnesium creatine chelate. If a published scientific study doesn't do it for you I don't know what will.

2. The NO Blast Complex. OK, I have to admit here that I am not a big follower of the NO revolution. The reason for this is that results of physiological exercise studies have shown only a slight improvement. I am not busting on Universal here and I will give a better explanation of why towards the end. The role of NO is that it is a compound that sends signals between cells to expand blood vessels: Nitric oxide protects the blood vessels smooth muscle tissue from harmful constriction. This allows the flexibility necessary for blood to circulate with less pressure, giving us that "Pump" i.e. NO is the signal that leads to vasodialation of the blood vessels in the penis causing an erection. What is great that Universal did was specifically combine the 3 main components that generate NO synthesis Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (Arginine-AKG) Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglurate (Ornithine-AKG) and Citrulline Malate. All three of these components have in fact demonstrated an increase in strength specifically the AAKG and OAKG while the Citulline Malate reduces fatigue.

3. The Energy Rush Complex: I am only going to mention a couple of things here because I don?t think that I need to tell you that caffeine gives you an energy rush. What I never heard of was Evodiamine and why was that in the energy rush complex. Evodiamine is an alkaloidal compound with anti-obesity effects that have been thought to be due to uncoupling protein-1 (UCP1) thermogenesis. So essentially it is acting as a fat burner by increasing metabolism via thermogenesis. The final compound is Vinpocetine. OK, this is an herbal supplement that is thought to increase blood flow to the brain getting rid of brain fog and make us more focused. Some doctors have even said that they have recommended it to patients following a stroke. Does it really work? Honestly, there isn't enough research out there to support it. Is it going to hurt taking it? Nope. Again it sounds like I am being negative but just wait for the conclusion.

4. Finally, Just to get the whole kitchen sink in Universal included an Anti-Oxidant complex including Green Tea extract and alpha-lipoic acid both of which have proven themselves in helping to eliminate free radicals in the body. Why did they included this is something called "PUMP', why the hell not? I like that they chose Alpha-Lipoic-Acid unlike many other brands because it is one of the most easily absorbed conjugates into the bloodstream.

So there we have it. Trust me, I could have gone on. Now as I said it did sound like I was being negative towards universal with the NO complex and the Vinpocetine. Now if Universal was selling JUST the NO complex and JUST the Energy Rush complex I may be completely negative. However, Universal has given us everything that aids in the rush, the pump, lowering the fatigue, and even removing free radicals. You have to look at Pump as a whole and as a whole it is freakin amazing!!
Now, you know that other company that puts everything in one like this and doesn't split it up? Uhhh, what's their name??? THERE ISN'T ONE!!!
Go ahead and price it out. The NO, the Energy Rush, the creatine complex, go out and buy all three that are equal to the levels in pump and in a couple of months tell me how much you spent and I'll show you how much I spent and you'll cry.

Finally: I know this isn't a selling point for some people but I love the fact that Pump is separated out into different pills. There are several, actually ALL pre-workout formulas I have tried and some days I want the pump and intensity but I just can not handle the caffeine or whatever jolt they put in. With Universal though on those days...I toss out the red pill. Wow, that was easy. Especially when I stack Pump with M-Stak. If they didn't split that up I would be taking 2 doses of a stimulant and shaking and peeing like a nervous Chihuahua.

The Personal Effectiveness. One half hour before a workout with a snack (My current snack is Universal Hard Fast!!!). Fortunately my gym is at home and after half an hour to 45 min Pump kicks in and I run downstairs. It is not a rush that other products give where it is more of an uncontrolled jitters. It is more of a focused "I am going to own this weight" feeling. With a life style of full time job, fiancee, dogs to walk, blah blah blah, which wipes me out. During a workout I yawn constantly and could easily take a nap right on the bench.
Pump gets me beyond that. I workout with my fiancee and she constantly thinks I'm mad at her because I'm not talking and don't notice anything around me, then she figured it out and said "God you're focused" Yep.

I also said that I have tested products at work down in the lab. I am not going to mention names but not everyone matches up to what they say is in the bottle. It is difficult to test it all but I haven't seen a discrepancy in Universal yet.

As I said, I have tried so many products and fell for the hype and every time I go back to Universal. Thanks for making a great product at a great price. The new packaging with the red and black looks killer too.

Winner. PM me bro and congrats.

Thanks guys for the congrats.

Hey,
Thanks for choosing my review!
Really just wanted to start using the bb forum to get some solid reviews out there.
Honestly man, I kept jumping off anmial to try new stuff and should just stick with what I know works.
If you look through my posts from the begining of the year I was on a Gaspari stack and I thought that I was dying, no ****. Did a lot of digging and found out how much Super Pump ingredients can turn your GI tract into a war zone.
The stuff totally works but at a big price if you have IBS or any type of sensitive stomach. I'm not here to slam other companies though. That was just me and like I keep saying...different things work for different people
Pump is great as is M-Stak and Cuts. Just started Hard Fast too. Haven't taken them down to the lab yet cause I have to do that after hours!
OK, so you chose my review, so now what do you need and what did I actually win? A Tshirt or something? That would be really cool.
Kinda new to this.

I'll totally stick with the Pump. Was going to place an order this week anyway.

Trying to get maxxed out for a honeymoon in July so I'm starting a 4way stack of M-stak/Pump/Hard Fast Protein today and adding in cuts after 4 weeks. Possibly thinking of going ISO Whey towards the last few weeks too.

Thanks again. I still can't get over Universal's support to consumers in this way.

I'm louisj23 on animalpak.com too if that'll help. or shoot me a PM here so I can e-mail you the address or whatever.

Holy Crap that is the best promo idea and has me motivated to pack on some mass. I guess it would have to be the white shirt with ANIMAL on it. I don't think "I'm not here to talk" or "I pay my dues everyday" would go over to well with the mothers.
Here's the promo pitch:
I'll pack on a few more pounds in mass, have the shirt on, and shoulder press the bride in her dress for a wedding picture. Balancing her will be tough but it's gonna happen. I swear I will be wearing that thing under the tux tho, no doubt about it. July13th...look for the picture sometime after that. Hitting St Lucia, Ladera resort. We're both hittin the weights like crazy to get ready for it.

here ya go!

In a world full of low quality mumbo jumbo products I really appreciate universal for putting out a product like Green Apple Avalanche!

Animal Test hands down for my favorite Universal Product. The lean mass, the strength, intensity, focus...just can't be topped in the gym.

I personally love bodybuilding. It's truly a mental challenge just as much as a physical challenge. One of the hardest parts about it though is when you lack the energy and drive to lift as hard as you know you're capable of doing in the gym. Times like these, when you get into the gym and just feel like sitting on a bench and not doing anything at all you need help. After lots of experimenting around with different pre-workout supplements, I've found the solution to this problem.

Universal Shock therapy is the best NO supplement I've ever tried. It allows me to get a nice pump going after my warmup sets which then allows me to train as hard as I need to get the big gains in strength and size. When it comes down to a NO product, it's effectiveness is directly related to it's ingredient profile. Lets quickly take a look at some of the ingredients that makes up this product.

NO Super Pump Complex
Arginine AKG
Citrulline Malate
L-Carnosine

First things first, arginine essentially the precursor to Nitric Oxide and therefore a requirement of an NO product. It's combined with Cittruline Malate, which is a substrate for NO production, and Carnosine which buffers the muscle so that optimal muscle stimulation can be achieved, preventing too much acidic buildup with exercise.

Muscle Volumizing Complex
Tricreatine Matrix (Creatine Gluconate, Creatine Orotate, Creatine AKG)
Betaine Anhydrous
Beta Alanine
NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

Creatine is essentially one of the baseline essentials in muscle building. The combination of three varieties allows for the most efficient formation of ATP in the muscle tissue during rigorous exercise. Betaine Anhydrous is a vitamin that helps break down protein byproducts for a smoother transition through the body. Beta Alanine plays a role in increasing carnosine concentrations in muscle fibers. NAD plays an important role in the breakdown of sugars for energy and ATP production.

Energy & Nootropic Complex
L-Taurine
Choline Bitartrate
S-Methylxanthine Complex? (Caffeine, Theobromine, Theophylline)
L-Tyrosine
Yerba Mate
Evodiamine
Vinpocetine

Nootropic essentially refers to the ability of your brain to function to it's potential. In this blend, amino acids in addition to the energy stimulating compunds that you'll all heard of before such as Taurine, Choline, and Caffeine are combined to make an energy stimulating effect that will leave you awake and alert, but not at the expense of stomach upset that some other lower quality supplements can cause.

Antioxidant Complex
Green Tea Extract (Standardized For 60% EGCG)
R-ALA (R-Alpha Lipoic Acid)
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
Grapeseed Extract (Standardized For 95% Polyphenols)

Antioxidants essentially slow the oxidation or electron transfer from desired substances to oxidizing agents. This occurs because free radicals, which are molecules that want to steal electrons from other molecules, run free in the blood. Especially so during hard times such as intense training sessions. Antioxidants have the ability to comepletely end the chain reaction that free radicals cause, thus stopping unneccesary cell damage in it's tracks.

Electrolyte & PH Delivery Complex
Inulin
Sodium Bicarbonate
Potassium Phosphate
Magnesium Phosphate
Trisodium Phosphate

The important part to know about muscle anabolism here is that the body is most capable at puting on muscle mass when it is in it's optimal conditions. This includes temperature, pH, water volume, in addition to electrolyte concentrations. Having a buffered NO solution greatly increases the body's ability to absorb the nutrients because it helps keep the body within it's desired range of function.

What have we learned from this? That this product isn't loaded with fillers, like some other NO products are for example the unneccesary amounts of sugars some products contain in order to give them more product to sell to unsuspecting customers. The ingredients are strictly based one one princinple, to make the product work better for the human body so that the maximum results can be achieved at the gym. Universal Nutrition has shown that they're about more than just making money from their products. When the products actually work, people are much more likely to buy them and thus it's worth the time and energy that goes into researching the most efficient and effective formulas.

A little off topic, but one of my favorite parts about this product is that it comes in a grape flavor, which just so happens to be my favorite, and that's in addition to the motivation it gives me in the gym.

Shock Therapy is the real deal.

Is this thread/contest really still active, or is this merely people pimping the Universal Brand?

Before you flame, this is no rip on Universal/Animal. I've tried and love numerous products by them, and they are a great company. Just wondering. This thread is mighty old.

Yes this thread is still active. We pick new a new winner or sometimes more than one winner a week. It is another way for us to give back to Universal/Animal customers. Feel free to tell us your favorite product and why it is.

Shock Therapy by far, its name suits what it does. While cutting I rely on this heavily to keep energy, stamina, and endurance up. And the flavor is second to none, doesnt leave you with that gritty, feel-like-drinking-sand taste while its going down. Mixes quick and easily. Two thumbs up, way up

Damn good sales pitch / review, along with the 9 others you put up!!!. Got me temped to try it out.

Let's see...got a cycle of M-Stak/Pump going...maybe after 3 weeks of that toss in a Test. Arachidonic Acid seems to be getting solid write ups and found a great review of it on bb.com with the solid scientific journal references that I love.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/llewellyn2.htm

Good luck to all. Obviously Universal is amazing with support as I found out last week!!!

Its definitely worth it. You will love M-stak.... I want to stack the Test with some M-Stak and just be a monster... You will love Test as the gains on it are incredible. You get stronger and pack on mass but at the same time you are losing bodyfat. I lost 2 inches off my waist while packing on around 10 pounds. Its good stuff.

I would say to wait bro. You are only going to be 20 (I know I'm only 23), but if you eat enough (well more than enough), train enough, and rest enough you will be good and grow pretty well. Your body is producing a lot of test on its own, best to maximize its natural production now, then move on to a booster when needed (a few years down the road). There are other great Animal sups that arent test boosters that will help you get the job done and that would be adequtely sufficient at this time. These are just my opinions. Others will have their own.

Man, as much as I absolutely love Animal Test, I am going to have to say No as well. I would hold off until you are at least 21, but even then you may not even need a test booster. You should have a ton of test being produced naturally as it is so I agree with Brocton. I would however load up on Animal Pump and get some Torrent and just go to town in the mean time.

No, I am 19 as well and am waiting until I am 21. They give these recommendations for a reason.

What these brothers said. I'd like to add that even at 21 you are not going to need it and although it may help you out a bit, it wont help you nearly as much as it will when you are way older! If it is even still around then. May be even better stuff on the scene by that time. Who knows?

You young bloods do not need these test boosters. They are just that, they are designed to "boost" your test levels. That isn't going to happen too much for you guys when your at your peak test production already. Now for me... that is another story :)

I would suggest running a cycle of M-Stak mixed with a good clean diet of high protein foods and lots of fruit and veggies and see how you do. For the best possible results, add Animal Pak to your daily intake and hit the weights hard buddy!

I submitted a response to this a couple weeks ago I guess, but it's time for a new favorite product... SHOCK THERAPY!! HOLY CR@P!!! I went to visit a buddy of mine and we spontaneously decided to hit the gym, and I didnt have my NO product and creatine (I use white flood and green magnitude by controlled labs) so I had a doese of his ST. This stuff is AMAZING!! About 20 min after taking it I felt my biceps expanding, even though up to that point I had only done some arm stretching and a light warmup. When I finally started my curls I felt my biceps pulsing under my skin, and forget about when I supersetted w/ triceps. I never had a pump in my triceps before, at least I dont think, but this feeling was ridiculous. I beat my bests in barbell curls and overhead dumbbell press, as well as close grip and even had the motivation to do dips. I also felt like I could have stayed in the gym for another hour but knew I had to stick to my routine so I wouldn't overtrain the muscles.

And I know this effect was not psychological because like I said I already use a NO and creatine, plus honestly, I was a little put-off about using something other than what I was used to so I wasn't exactly amped, but once I felt the blood flowing I knew it was a gread product.

I wish I could buy some right now but I still got some WF and GM left, but I think I'm gonna borrow some more of my friend's ST to use on my bicep and ticep days for those crazy pumps, that is of course unless I win a tub ;) haha

Just wanted to say I think UNIVERSAL has a great product with Shock Therapy, and even if I don't win a tub, I'll hopefully buy one in a few months.

I've seen so many people post reviews like that. You may want to do a cost comparison per serving as well. I think ST is the best bang for your buck out there!

yea it definitely is cheaper too.. a good perk for a broke college student like me.. i think my WF/GM has 50 and 80 servings respectively, got it for $75 but theres obviously fewer servings of the WF.. bit since I am combining i think its like $1.30 per dose compared to the $.60 for ST.. the taste of WF & GM is bangin, but the ST is pretty good too.. although he had grape, if it were my choice I would prefer the wild punch kicker.. how does that one taste?

Just like a Hawaiian fruit punch IMO. It's mixes perfectly with the EAA Stack in fruit punch flavor.

It is very hard to decide on just one favorite Universal product. I have used and experienced REAL results with Shock Therapy, Storm, Animal Flex and Animal Pak and that is why I return again and again to the Universal line of supplements. And, I have two of my workout buddies who I am training, supplementing with Shock Therapy and Storm.

I also have great respect for Universal as a company, their quality customer service, and cutting edge advertising and marketing. They don?t use sex to sell a product and I admire that very much. You see so many companies doing the same type of ads over and over whether it is using sex to sell some of their line or the way over used ?Before? and ?After? pictures theme. There is very little original thought when it comes to bodybuilding advertising and marketing. Universal is THE exception.

My last comment is about the quality customer service Universal delivers to each and every person, customer or not. What so many companies lack of good customer service, but Universal goes above and beyond the call of duty to be the very best. I see it online here and over at the Forvm. The quality of professionalism is second to none and it deserves to be recognized and congratulated.

This is why Universal is a leader and not a follower. This is why they have a LOYAL following. And, all these reasons are why I keep coming back to Universal.

Thanks guys!

To add on to my previous post, I am really digging Animal Flex. This has become a staple for me. The inflammation and irritation in my shoulder has greatly subsided and it has enabled me to enjoy the benefits of heavier chest and shoulder training. To top it off, it is a great deal and a better quality product than most other joint supplement products out on the market.

Actually you guys have all got me workin harder!! My first goal was to be totally in my best shape EVER for the wedding. Some people haven't seen me in 15+ years and I used to weigh 125lbs so I wanted to look sick even in a tux. Now I have a whole freakin Universal Animal bodybuilding community including Animal reps awaiting a picture in July of me shoulder pressing my bride. Killer motivation let me tell ya.

Oh yeah...she knows, she thinks I'm nutz but she likes seeing me work harder and get more developed and it's motivating the both of us to get ready for that BB shot.

Please, do hold me to it!!! I refuse to slack on this.

my favorite universal product would have to be hands down animal flex...I am turning 22 years old and I will never train without it again...My body has taken a beating from football and wrestling for 15 years..Now that I am training heavy trying to become the best bodybuilder my genetics will take me, my body is fealing the full grunt of it. Since I started taking flex my joints have felt so much better, fewer achs and pains ect. This is by far the best joint supplement I have tried and like I said I'll never switch to anything else...keep up the good work fellas

Hoooly sh!t this just made my night!! I had a really rough day and night typing up 3 papers.. I even disconnected my internet from my laptop so I wouldn't be distracted. I seriously just finished a little while ago (sad that its a Friday night, the price of being a graduate student I guess), but once I was done I checked my email and bb.com forums (it has become part of my multi-daily routine) and saw this!!!

Thank you Universal, and the others who said congrats!!! I can't wait to use Shock this summer break. It's going to be my extra motivation to hit the gym before/after a 10 hour retail shift. For once, I probably won't hate my summer. Thanks again!!!!!!

Yeah that new Torrent flavor sounds awesome... I already have a cart saved with a few orders of it. Can't wait for it to come out.

But nothing...comes close... to the immaculate... power behind .... ANIMAL TEST!

Animal Test hands down for my favorite Universal Product. The lean mass, the strength, intensity, focus...just can't be topped in the gym.

Perseverance: noun - the act of persevering; continued, patient effort; quality of one who perseveres; persistence

It is through this mind set that Animal Test beckons to increase my strength.

Seriously, Animal Test would be a great addition to the summer of a student looking to wind down and gain as much mass as possible.

Hey there. Well... I'm graduating from high school in 2 weeks. All through high school I was a football player. In my eyes, it's the best sport in the world. Because of football, I began to lift weights and strength train. However, even when football ended, I still loved lifting weights. Well anyway, about football, my sophmore and junior year I recieved injuries to my knees at the end of the year. After missing the last game of the season on varsity my junior year, I was not only upset I didn't get to play, but now my it bothered me to simply run up stairs and do many leg exercises. This caused me to try Animal Flex. Now, I wont lie. The pain didn't simply "disappear", but I am convinced 100% that this product GREATLY helped me tolerate and overcome this injury. I went from 160 pounds at the end of junior football season (being a cornerback) to being the 180 pound starting linebacker through my whole senior year. While the two-a-days started up, I stopped taking Animal Flex because I wasn't lifting weights very much anymore because of the demanding 8 hour football practices. However, at practice my knee would begin to hurt me. What did I do? I ran to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up a Pack of Animal Flex. I used those before each game and before each and every practice. In order to save a little bit of money, I would skip taking it on Sundays (the only rest day of the week). So thank you Animal (Universal) for what you did for me. You not only allowed me to get big to earn a nice starting linebacker position on varsity football, but you allowed me to make it through the season not needing a "subsitute" or needing to sit out a game because my knee was bad. No money amount can repay you for what you did for me because I would pay any money I have to be able to go back to this year and redo the whole football season over. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product

Just some fact for you:

My football team went 8-2 (going 8-1 in the regular season and losing first round of the playoffs. That last game I had to sitout due to an ankle that I broke during the 9th game of the season)
I recieved All-Catholic and All-League honors at linebacker and slot-back (I go to a Catholic Private School)
I was in the newspaper 4 times, including one article in which I was interviewed after having an interception in the last 3 minutes of the game and the winning touchdown on a play-action pass.

I want you to know, a lot of that would not have been possible without your great product. Thank you.

I won a can of Animal Pak a year ago. Never claimed it until 2 days ago. NaturalGuy & Universal Rep were kind enough to still accept my entry :D

I feel bad though. I told U Rep that he doesn't have to - if he does, big thanks and if he doesn't... still big thanks!

I love the Pak. I love ALL their products, but Animal Pak is the one supplement I absolutely HATE running out of.

I should start buying 2 at a time... to ensure I have 1 pak all the time at home or @ my place at school.

going to give this one another go!

I just had the privelage of trying Green Apple Avalanche Torrent this week.Hands down my favorite now.

If one has good experience w supps or good knowledge you will know there is a drawback to using the high quality whey hydro in Torrent.Well universal has solved it here! truly amazing for any protein supp let alone whey hydro!

I should also note that I will be looking to do my 1st bb show finally later on this year. I have decided this will be a staple as I try to bulk up a little more,I don't see any reason why It couldn't be added to p re contest diet either but thats way ahead, just giving Torrent more praise Whenever and wherever I can.Solid solid product.

In a world full of low quality mumbo jumbo products I really appreciate universal for putting out a product like Green Apple Avalanche!

Ok so where do I start...

I am a physical therapist working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. i think i am a pretty good therapist...and most of my patients tend to agree. only problem is respect. prior to taking animal cuts i was over 300lbs. as a physical therapist trying to positively influence and give nutritional advice to patients, a 300lb man is not who i should be. never used to be this big, but had some major personal issues go on during college and picked up drinking beer very heavily. also all i used to do was lift, i never worked on my cardio at all. basically, i just let myself go and could not get back on track. started going to the gym and working on cardio with high rep and lower weight circuit training, quit drinking altogether and totally changed my diet. however i just wasnt seeing the results i needed to see and i couldnt get my motivation going. i was always tired and just couldnt (or wouldnt) find time to be consistent in the gym. consulted a few friends of mine who had suggested i try a weight loss supplement to fuel the energy and kick my ass into gear. did a little research and decided to give animal cuts a try. i could feel the rush during my very first workout. this was the incentive i needed. i found myself looking forward to my cardio workouts (yea how crazy is that, looking forward to cardio). i started staying more consistent with my diet and actually began adhering to the advice that i have been giving my patients for the past few years.
now for the results. i joined BB.com recently and began asking about animal cuts just to see what other people were saying about it. had to know whether this was all psychological or if other people were getting results too. turns out they were. all in all i have lost over 30lbs and now get the respect that i deserve as a clinician and credible sourse of information for my patients. i have tried other supps such as lean up and meltdown and none of them compare to animal cuts. once i drop about 30 more pounds i plan on starting animal test, to try and get the physique that i have missed for so long. if animal cuts can do what it did for me, i can only imagine what animal test will do for me also.

don't care if i'm not old enough to win, but if i do..maybe we can work something out? (i can get someone old enough)

Animal Pak...

This is the only supplement you would ever NEED. Just because you are protein deficient doesn't mean you need to supplement with protein, just eat more. But with Animal Pak even a perfect diet can't supply the body with ALL the necesary vitamins and minerals that intense training uses. People say that you shouldn't supplement unless everything else is in check. well, add animal pak on to the check list because you'll know when you're taking the Animal Pak. I love the Animal Pak, If I had to give up all other supplements but one, I would keep Animal Pak. If I had to stop lifting weights I would still use the Animal Pak. It isn't just a supplement it is a foundation for good health. One time, I ran out of Animal Pak for a week and for that whole week I felt empty.

ANIMAL TEST: THE ONE, THE ONLY, NON-STAPLE SUPPLEMENT.

To me there are very very few things that work in the supplement industry. I am the kind of guy who is content with knowing that as basic as my supplementation is, it works. For years I was just a whey, creatine, fishoil kind of guy. I tried various types of gimmick supplements, but they never really worked for me. I always go back to the basics.

As of about two or 3 months ago I stumbled across Animal Test. I was intrigued by the reviews and logs I had read. People were gaining mass and losing fat, having awesome strength gains, and out of this world pumps and hardness. At first I was skeptical, I had seen this many times before, a product looks so good, but in the end doesn't work all that great for me. So I decieded to do my research. I started by researching AA (Arachidonic Acid), what I found peaked my interest. I first found it was a fatty acid found mostly in phosolipids. But what really interested me was that it was involved in cellular signalings. I later found out that they could effect androgen receptors. At this point I was pretty much sold. Then I started researching the test booster in it, 3.4-Divanillyl Tetrahydrofuran, I found it to be a great compound to safely raise test and produce great gains.
Even more reason for me to try it. I have yet to see one bad write up about Test. AND IT JUST LOOKS SO BADASS

I think Animal Test has proven to be an awesome product. I think it would absolutly help to take my physique to a new level, and my intensity in the gym to a new level. Yet another great product by Universal, that has proven to be one of the best on the market. I would like to try this product more than I've ever wanted to try a product, because I think this is one of the first supplements, that does what it promises to do.

Congrats to Universal, Looks like this product is a winner.

What haven't I said about the immaculate powers from Animal Test in all the weeks I have tried? Nothing else matters when it comes to building mass and putting on lean muscle. Stuck in a rut? Can't get out of a plateau? Animal Test will break through and get you the strength you need. It is by far way ahead of the other competition and is a Porsche in supplement world of Geo Metros....

I just finished a very successful cut and start my road towards bulk ville USA next week...I would love to employ the services of Animal Test...

Is this still going on?

Anyways, Animal M-Stak would be my choice. I'm one of those hardgainers and it's great that there's a product out for us. I bust my ass all the time, whether I'm at the gym or at work I know that M-Stak is helping me grow. A product that helps me gain mass and even increases my appetite is something that is perfect for me.

I personally love bodybuilding. It's truly a mental challenge just as much as a physical challenge. One of the hardest parts about it though is when you lack the energy and drive to lift as hard as you know you're capable of doing in the gym. Times like these, when you get into the gym and just feel like sitting on a bench and not doing anything at all... you need help. After lots of experimenting around with different pre-workout supplements, I've found the solution to this problem.

Universal Shock therapy is one of the best NO supplements I've ever tried. Like other quality NO supplements that are often much more expensive, ST helps me get a nice pump going after my warmup sets which then allows me to train as hard as I need to get the big gains in strength and size throughout my workout.

The ingredients are strictly based one one principle, to make the product work better in the human body so that the maximum results can be achieved at the gym. Universal Nutrition has shown that they're about more than just making money from their products. When the products actually work, people are much more likely to buy them on a consistent basis and thus it's worth the time and energy that goes into researching the most efficient and effective formulas.

A little off topic, but one of my favorite parts about this product is that it comes in a grape flavor, which just so happens to be my favorite, and that's in addition to the motivation it gives me in the gym.

Shock Therapy is the real deal.

Thanks for doing this, Universal. It's cool of you guys and of course it gets the word out on your products (:

I think it's funny that I have never actually used any of your products before. I have been working out for a few years now too. I read a ton of feedback on the forums for Pak this- and Stak that. What the heck was I thinking to spend money on your "EFA supplement"?

... I no longer am asking myself that question; it's gone from that, to "What the heck was I waiting for to purchase my supplements from this company?" I have been using Omega for a few days now, and I already am feeling a lot different! My mood was kind of in the lacking department for the last few weeks since I started training again hard (I took 2007 off due to an injured lower back). I was getting a bit lethargic and apathetic towards stupid little things like taking out the trash in my room. It's gotten much better since taking Omega, and I'm very greatful of that! I hate to see myself sitting around doing jack ****, when I could be taking control and owning the world. My skin is a bit smoother, and the acne on my face and body is decreasing a little. It's hard to tell whether that is Omega, but so far nothing else has changed in my diet and supplements. I now realize that my diet was lacking in EFAs. A consumer's willingness to buy a product at a set price is only if the benefit exceeds the cost for them; I am so glad that I spent the money to pick up this new wonder Pak!

Oh... and not to mention on the canister it says, "You know the drill" as if the designers posted in the Misc. hahaha that made me laugh. Anyways, I will be doing a log on a MAN Sports stack starting May 26 and after that, I'm going to run M-Stak along with trying out Animal Pak for my multi (using CL OT now).

Thanks for the opportunity to try to win another Animal Omega,

My favorite Universal product would have to be Torrent.

I'm not going to post a huge list of ingredients, because although it looks good, it isn't needed. I think what I will say describes it completely.

When trying to gain muscle mass, it's simple: Nutrients matter. Among these nutrients, it is important that enough calories, carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats be taken in to aid the body as much as possible in supporting an anabolic environment. Not only is it the quantity of these ingredients, but quality as well. Muscle fibers are torn apart, and feeding yourself loads of empty calories or poor quality food will effect your results.

Timing is also a key. After a workout, there is a specific window in aiding the bodies response to training. Torrent's liquid form quickly hits the bloodstream and shuttles key nutrients to support this response.

Torrent is one of the very few products around that incorporate carbohydrates, fats, AND protein into an easy great tasting shake that can be utilized completely. Not to mention, it comes from a great company that cares about its customers; this is reflected on the constant giveaways and help given on the bodybuilding.com boards.

Although there are many other great universal products, Torrent should be a staple in any stack. Mentioned previously: timing, quality, and quantity are concepts that are important in a bodybuilder's diet.Torrent provides those things, and much more!

My Favorite ANIMAL/UNIVERSAL Supplement is TORRENT!

I first got to try Torrent at the Arnold Classic ANIMAL ABC. My friend Phil had some and kindly let me have a teasing sip of this muscle building nectar. I was hooked...Not only was it the cherry flavor, my favorite, but one of the strongest post workout supps I have ever taken. I immediately went online that night and ordered 2 tubs of it! I was bulking at the time and seeing the results from using it compared to normal creatine...I will never use another post workout supp. but this again! Period. I know it has some sugars in it, and besides the ANABOLIC nature of torrent, science has proven that your body does need these simple sugars after an intense weight training session and my family at Universal have taken the right amount and placed it inside! 52 grams of carbs total btw for those who want to know (26 grma sof sugars again as stated before). Also, 20 grams of protien a well? This helped me cut down on the use of my whey, going for 1 scoop instead of 2 post workout because I already had half the protein I can handle! Lastly, the other thing I noticed that stood out to me were the three "sections" of torrent if you will...1.) The Anti-Catabolic formula (so your muscles dont get broken down which is made of 4 Leucine 'make-ups' so to speak) 2.) The Volubolic Amino Blend (giving your muscles the ESSENTIAL Aminos they need to grown and repiar in the form of Taurine, Glutamine, Citrulline Malate, and L-Phenylalanine) and 3.) The Creabolic Complex (compried of both creatine monohydrate and ethyl ester as well as Tri-Methyl Glycine and Magnesium Creatine Chelate). So, combining them all gives you growth, repair, and the stopage of muscular break down! All postive effects in my book! In short... YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS!!! I started using Torrent the week after the Arnold Classic and went from 223lbs to 248lbs (weighed in 2 months after when I began my cut)..My diet was clean, cardio twice a week, and also using my normal Stak of ANIMAL line products (Pak, Flex, Pump, Nitro)...So the gains had to come from somewhere new...the only thing new...you guessed it...TORRENT! The weight I gained though was good...I know I lost bodyfat and added muscle because my vascularity increased in many areas and my midsection was clear cut as well. I was very very happy with the results after using it and will do so again and again in the future after my pre-contest prep is done.

If there is anyone out there who han't tried TORRENT...then DO SO!! Again, You cannot go wrong by taking this! It is, IMO, the best post workout formula on the market...and I have taken most of them all!

going to give this one another go!

I just had the privelage of trying Green Apple Avalanche Torrent this week.Hands down my favorite now.

If one has good experience w supps or good knowledge you will know there is a drawback to using the high quality whey hydro in Torrent.Well universal has solved it here! truly amazing for any protein supp let alone whey hydro!

In a world full of low quality mumbo jumbo products I really appreciate universal for putting out a product like Green Apple Avalanche!

Bloodsimple1234 you are this weeks winner! pm me with your info and we will get a tub of Green Apple Avalanche Torrent out to you

Even though I've already won (and U Rep & NG have been amazing to let me claim a year old prize!!!! - thanks guys!) I'm going to RE-state that Animal Pak is a staple to my supplement dietary regimen for a variety of reasons.

Apart from Animal Pak being one of the best available (IMO) multi-vitamins available it is among one of the most solid vitamin, mineral and nutrient line up for a multi vitamin essential for any seriously active individual participating in an aerobic & anaerobic training program.

From my OWN perspective I'd have to say among ALL the multi vitamins I've tried for 1 + months (and there are quite a few out there I've tried - IF you're not lazy enough to go through my old posts from 2+ years ago) I have been completely happy with Animal Pak. I certainly feel a difference, which is usually hard to say on JUST a multi vitamin. That's just it though - despite its complex of being just a multi vitamin, for some reason it feels different for me... I feel the increase in energy... a decrease in bowel discomfort most usually (especially when consumed with organic greek yogurt with active cultures) & most of all... it helps with my focus. Maybe it's all psychological, but they're only effects I seem to endure when using Animal Pak.

One of the best things - it's relatively inexpensive. I'd have to say the only down side if the 11 pills, but once you're past that - you're in the clear  :D

They have a can with 44 packs and a can with 15, I believe. If you don't believe me - buy the can of 15 packs and try it out yourself ... for under 20.00, the price is well reasonable to give it just a try.

Like all supplements, routines and diets - it may not be right for everyone, but I'm sure that for the majority of users - you will be completely satisfied. Animal/Universal sure is, with their 100% money back guarantee :D

And no, I don't represent Universal/Animal. My opinion expressed above is solely my own and should not reflect Universal's upstanding position in the Supplement Industry.

:D

Why i think universals best product is animal flex-

Glucoasmine and MSM are the 2 biggest joint support aids on the market and everyone and their mother says that all you need. Well after football was over i left with a grinding shoulder, 3 neck injuries, and 2 bad knees from cut blocks. These 2 products did nothing to help me. As i started on my journet body building i began lifting harder and heavier, and the gains came... but at the cost of my joint strength. After a year ofheavy lifting i actually had a slight limp for 2 days after every leg workout that had nothing to do with muscle soreness. A good friend of mine who is a body builder suggested animal flex. he even gave me a 5 day supply on the packs. After day 2 there was a slight dif in joint "fluidity". They just felt better. No real way to describe it. After day 4 the joint pain was gone. GONE. Day 5 i put it to the test and did a hard leg workout. I still felt the pressure during the workout on the knees but i didnt have the pain and limp the next day. Animal Flex in all reality is Universal/Animals best product PERIOD. If you cant move you cant lift. To those of us who have had bad injuries through the years to our joints Animal Flex is a blessing. Dont just take my word for it though, look at this 1 thread, how many countless "Animal Flex" entries do you see? Everyone who has ever used animal flex swears by it.

I'm not going to write a book like some of these other guys have...its just not my syle:

From Storm to Shock Therapy to Pak, to Pump, to Torrent, whatever product I happened to be using at the time was generally my favorite product, because they have all been effective.

With that said, I now believe my favorite product is Flex. I have cycled all the other products in and out of my supplement stacks, but Flex will remain a staple forever. The aches and pains in my joints that were hindering my progress are almost non-existant now. After about two weeks I noticed a dimished amont of pain, and now after about three months of using Flex, my shoulders and elbows feel so much better.

Flex has allowed me to take my workouts to another level. Thanks guys :D

Here we go. Wish me luck!

Yeah that was my lil ode to Animal Test

I am going to say my favorite Animal product is simply Animal Test. It is the mass monster builder and I look forward to employing its services very soon in my own journey of hugeness.

Animal Test! Hands down...nothing else matters.

Yeah that new Torrent flavor sounds awesome... I already have a cart saved with a few orders of it. Can't wait for it to come out.

But nothing...comes close... to the immaculate... power behind .... ANIMAL TEST!

Animal Test hands down for my favorite Universal Product. The lean mass, the strength, intensity, focus...just can't be topped in the gym.

Oh let me count the ways. Animal Test is the one of the biggest reasons I have become the Animal I am today.

I have been writing non stop about the greatness of Animal Test. It is by far way beyond its years...a great supplement that truely does exactly what it says. It helps gain strength, mass, and even reduces bodyfat. It totally has changed the way I train and helped recomp my entire body. I owe so much to the powerful potent effects of Animal Test and know without a doubt it is my favorite supplement from Universal/Animal out of their already stellar line. I look forward to employing Animal Test in my upcoming bulk which starts Monday...

Simply put, Animal Test is a no bull**** product that does just what it says. It delivers sound results and will change your whole training attitude if you put forth the effort and dedication. I have the desire and determintion to put forth through a sound diet and training program and look to Animal Test for that extra push over the top.

I may not be good with words like a lot of these people but this is exactly how i feel about animal flex. ANIMAL FLEX IS AMAZING!

Ok so where do I start...

I am a physical therapist working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. i think i am a pretty good therapist...and most of my patients tend to agree. only problem is respect. prior to taking animal cuts i was over 300lbs. as a physical therapist trying to positively influence and give nutritional advice to patients, a 300lb man is not who i should be. never used to be this big, but had some major personal issues go on during college and picked up drinking beer very heavily. also all i used to do was lift, i never worked on my cardio at all. basically, i just let myself go and could not get back on track. started going to the gym and working on cardio with high rep and lower weight circuit training, quit drinking altogether and totally changed my diet. however i just wasnt seeing the results i needed to see and i couldnt get my motivation going. i was always tired and just couldnt (or wouldnt) find time to be consistent in the gym. consulted a few friends of mine who had suggested i try a weight loss supplement to fuel the energy and kick my ass into gear. did a little research and decided to give animal cuts a try. i could feel the rush during my very first workout. this was the incentive i needed. i found myself looking forward to my cardio workouts (yea how crazy is that, looking forward to cardio). i started staying more consistent with my diet and actually began adhering to the advice that i have been giving my patients for the past few years.
now for the results. i joined BB.com recently and began asking about animal cuts just to see what other people were saying about it. had to know whether this was all psychological or if other people were getting results too. turns out they were. all in all i have lost over 30lbs and now get the respect that i deserve as a clinician and credible sourse of information for my patients. i have tried other supps such as lean up and meltdown and none of them compare to animal cuts. once i drop about 30 more pounds i plan on starting animal test, to try and get the physique that i have missed for so long. if animal cuts can do what it did for me, i can only imagine what animal test will do for me also.

so the above statements were my view as of about a week and a half ago. since then i have continued to drop the weight with use of animal cuts, bringing my total weight loss thus far to about 38lbs. animal has most definitely made an amazing product. even though i did not win last week's contest, just writing my testimonial made me sit and think about all that i have accomplished so far by using cuts. i have really come along way since my days of 300+lbs and i continue to see constant and consistent success. writing my testimonial last week made me even more motivated that i was before (which was hard to do). it made me sit down and reflect about what can be accomplished with a little hard work (ok a lot of hard work) and the right tools. it is true that there is no such thing as a magic supp, and that weight loss takes hard work and dedication, but animal cuts has definitely given me an edge while trying to achieve my goals. my clients and patients are also seeing the difference.

The best Universal product and favorite for me would be Uni-Liver.

If you need a BCAA supplement how can you beat the NATURAL profile of these tablets? The answer is you cant.. Uni-Liver will always be a staple with me and if you take your body seriously I recommend you take this product seriously. I started 2x per meal now and im working up to 6x per meal. This product is so ahead of its time that theres no BCAA tablet that can compete with it on the market and for the price. Universal flat out wrecks others.

For every 100gr your getting-
Arginine 2000mg
Leucine 5800mg
Isoleucine 2800mg
Valine 1500mg
Lysine 4600mg
Histidine 1800mg
Tryptophan 800mg (Found in almost nothing if anything naturally!)
Methione 2100mg
Threonine 3200mg
Phenyalanine 2900mg
Tyrosine 1700mg
Cystein 1500mg (usually only found in Eggs!)
Serine 2300mg
Glutamic Acid 5100mg
Aspartic Acid 2100mg
Glycine 3600mg
Alanine 6100mg (This is suposably the next big thing, well Univeral introduced this YEARs ago with this product)
Proline 110mg

Did I mention the PABA, Inositol, Choline found in here? Oh what about all the vitamins including Biotin! Need Iron? This has the best most bioavailable source found anywhere with heme iron.

Old school players > new school fools.

The best Universal product for me is Animal Flex. I had previously used Glucosamine Chondroiten and MSM a standard formula. This formula while good for joints is not for the bodybuilder. I initially purchased 1 and then 2 more. A few weeks ago I bought 4 more as I know I will be using it. I recommend Animal Flex.

seriously, i may be running against him but i think he deserves it ^^^^^^

Thank you so much Austin. Very kind words. You deserve it as well.

I know my opinion means ****, but my vote's on 'yohead'. His dedication to Universal/Animal is outstanding and influential.

He is definitely a positive contributer to these forums & a unique character in the philanthropic sense.

Rob, you are the man. Thanks for the ego boost. You are a great foundational piece to this forum as well.

Yea I agree, they don't really need us in here voting but you guys are right. I'd give the man a can of A-Test for sure. You know he is going to make the best of it and log the crap out of it.

H, thank you so much. I will let you know first thing about my new journey (which begins tomorrow). I will post a link to my sig on here for it. Thanks for the support.

Definitely have admire yohead's persistance!!!

Mr. Dead, thank you. Persistance is definitely worth it. Look for the fun on the forvm...

You guys are all correct!!! I was fortunate enough to train with him while we are at school. The guy gets the job done just like Animal Test does. Only my opinion.

This thread is great though! Keep the entries coming, they always make for a good read.

Thanks Broc... means a lot. Seriously. You know I won't let cha down.

Yohead this is your lucky day, you are this weeks winner.

PM me your info.

NG, this was the best news I got to come back to after vacation and finishing my first year of school. Thanks a million. I will post up a log for it on both BB.com and it will be in my new journey on the forvm... be sure to look for 'em.

For me, out of all the Universal/Animal Supplements I have tried thus far. I have to say that I have liked Shock Therapy the best. I am currently on a cut, so my enegy levels are somewhat down. Some days, I don't even feel like hitting the gym, but I take ST and the focus and motivation is almost immediate. The taste is pretty good (I have grape) and you can't beat the Ingredient Profile. Creatine content is awesome, and the Antioxidants are a positive as well. I have also started seeing veins popping out of my forearms during standing curls...that is a first, and not bad for a fat man ;) From now on it is gonna be a staple for me.

True! I got to give a shout out to G diesel and A rep. If I don't A rep will hold me down while G beats the animal pak and uni's out of my system.
