I need a new workout for triceps- my old one is not working and I am trying to even out my triceps because I have a good horseshoe on my right one but not my left. I want to blast them today! P.S. I usually do skull krushers, dips, overhead extentions and rope pulldowns.
Do I superset to burn fat or save the fat burning for cardio time and rest between sets?
How many sets are good for the triceps, 4 weeks out?

At 4 weeks out you're not going to make any drastic changes in symmetry. That's usually off-season work. At this point you should just concentrate on getting your b.f. where it needs to be. Come in with the package you have. Your triceps exercises seem just fine. Supersetting is fine but the majority of your fat burning will come from diet alone, then a bit more from cardio.

I'm from Wisconsin by the way! I was fat when I was there though! I thought you could shape your muscles 4 weeks out, obviously not add size with the diet but how do you "shape" muscles without adding size to them?

What show are you doing in four weeks?
I would add in close grip bench but with only a month left there wont be huge differences.

you will not be able to make any size differences in almost any muscle at 4 weeks out... Muscles don't shape differently, the shape of your triceps are predetermined by genetics. A muscle can only get bigger or smaller, and you can only gain or lose fat.

Yeah I guess things are a lot simpler than some people make them sound. I guess all that matters now is getting the fat off my muscles! I'll just worry about that. Thanks

Sometimes strategically pumping specific muscle groups before you on stage can help, more so than you usually would, and more than the other body parts. Specially if they lack, just an idea I have heard bring thrown around.

ya theres nothing much more you can do at this point in the game, you just have to concentrate on displaying your stronger side on stage, and making sure everything looks as symmetrical as possible by the way you hold yourself.
