I don't believe that carb blocker products will really make all that much of a difference for fat loss unless the subject's diet and training are ALREADY very highly tuned. For this reason I have never tried them myself. ECA on the other hand has been proven very very effective for fat loss while dieting, if you can tolerate it.

Carb Blockers? i dont see how that would work unless they shut of the enzyme.
