Alright so I just got this today after reading all of the great reviews...
I will just cut to the chase... mixes and is priced just about the same as dymatize or ON... on to the taste:
HOW IS THIS COOKIES AND CREAM?
This tastes exactly like cinnamon. With that being said it is pretty darn good, a little on the sweet side for my tastes (I always make my shakes with skim milk). I really like it and would give it an 8.5/10.
I will probably pick up some CN chocolate within a week. Half of my shakes are with a banana or peanut butter, and this wouldn't be too good.
I also enjoyed this. I just finished a 2lb tub of this and liked it waaay better than ON's Cookies & Cream. I used in water for both!

Oh, no question. ON's Cookies and Cream is absolute garbage. I use almost all of the other flavors, but that one is gross.

champion cookies and cream is awesome. Best flavor ever. Going to try banana scream next!
Champion's C&C is the best. Yes, it does not fully taste like it, but it has that great cinnamon-type of flavor. You can mix it in water and it's a dream. Add milk, you're in heaven.
I'm already on tub number 3. This is a staple flavor for me. This flavor never gets old to me. Had banana, good, but that flavor did get old quick.
10/10 is the rating for me.

Yeah... The only thing that prevents it from getting a higher rating from me is the fact that I am traditionally a chocolate guy, and also I have been spoiled by MM and Syntha 6.

Just a quick update:
This tastes REALLY good in water. In fact, it might be the only protein I have ever tried that actually tastes better in water than it does in milk. It is much lighter and refreshing, I find it a bit overwhelming in milk.

What is the percentage of milk you are using? I use 2% when I feel like cheating. But you are right, this is the truth in water!

I guess I wasn't using enough milk. It claims you can use 4-5 oz, but honestly it is much better in 8-10 oz...
I usually use a magic bullet, with ON 100% I throw two scoops in and fill it up with milk and it comes great. With this stuff, I guess the flavoring system is much stronger and I can only do one scoop.
