Tanning?

I know this is the wrong part of the forum but I did not know where to post this.

What type of tanning would be the best for a natural (not too dark) tan for the spring/summer. I'm very pale right now after a long wrestling season, so I need to do something to get my color back before spring break for sure.

Would you use a self tanner, go to a tanning bed company, or do the spray on stuff?

To get a really natural tan look you have to get a natural tan. Go lay in a bed.
