I have a few questions before i start tommarow. i find a few things confusing so hopefully u guys can help me out
im 6'3 204lb 26yo
so i figure my diet should look like this if i want to lose body fat
1895 coming from fat
67 from carbs
816 from protien
sound correct?
Also i lift four days a week and do cardio 6 days.
1. should i eat carbs before and after i lift?
2. and if I do, must they still stay under 67 g?
3. and can i have a free day?
4. can i eat any carbs like those low carb tortillas with only three net carbs? as long as i stay under 67 g?? i mean i could eat like 5 of them a day couldnt i?
