Ok so good thing I tracked my calories today. I have been eating way over maintainance in the past week. And I think thats the reason, I m on this never losing phase.
I want to lose 10 lbs before March 10th! So here I go...
My caloric limit is going to be 1000 calories a day. This is going to be extremely hard to do, with lifting and cardio, but this is what I want more than anything else right now..So I will stick to it.

This is what I can eat to be within the 1000 calories range. Well I dont know if others can see the contents of the link, but its just a reference point for me.
Full body, three times a week..with emphasis on legs ofcourse, and lots of cardio...
I just dont wanna get burnt out though, so I have to make sure I get a lot of sleep, which i have literally lost right now, becuase I am on BB.com all day reading up.. lol , thats how bad I want this...
30 days! and I need to lose half a pound each day..

1000 does sound a little low, but if you want to lose 10 lbs @ 115 in 1 month, that may be a viable (though not preferred) way to do it.
what do you figure your maintenance calories are? Assuming your in the 16-1800 range, sticking around 1200-1300 calories/day should be good.

Thanks for your inputs. I am going to try 1000 today, without worrying about the macros too much and just keeping carbs to the minimal. And see what happens tommorow morning. :) Hopefully this works out, because I dont know of any other reason that I m not losing anything.

i would recommend around 1500-1700 cals per day absolute minimum. you'll regret losing too much muscle, believe me. i used to be bulimic and lost a load of weight, including muscle.

Totalled out to 1084 calories, with 63 fat, 24 protein and 6 % carb
The carb was all brocolli. Did 10 sets of squats and a spinning class...

I dunno if 1200 would be enough

If you go hard in the gym and walk round campus a few hours total , ease down to 1500 from your maintenance level ..
take away like 200 cals a day til your reach that and stay there 1 week and see if you lose any lbs ..
1-2 lbs would be optimal , then you can drop to 1100 or so assuming you lift 3x a week
only eat the 1100 on days you're not lifting or cardio .. otherwise 1300-1500 the higher figure if you lift an hour + with 1-2 minute rest between sets
remember keto calories are NOT like carb calories .. you will lose the same as long as you eat ENOUGH .. too little you won't lose ..
drink LOTS of water 1 gallon a day

I did 1200 today........
with 65 fat, 30 protein and 5 carb....Thats like a 100 calorie bump since yesterday... Would love to see the results tommorow morning. My cardio wasnt hardcore today, although -500 cals. and I did calves and abs..I could fit chicken wings within these calories today (just two) and they were soooooooooooooooooooo yummy..lol

um mizz you do realize your body just as a functioning living uh - body - needs a certain amount of calories just to operate properly ..
1000 cals would be okay if you were sitting around all day on rest days .. MAYBE , but you're asking for trouble going that low and exercising ..

what??? those calories seem wayyyyy too low for that level of activity!!! i think the minimum any girl should be consuming is 1500.
And if you're already 115 lbs i doubt you need to lose 10 more. I bet you only need to lose like 3-5 and you should easily be able to do that within a months time with that insane level of activity you have and 1500 cals. Don't waste away your muscle, baby girl!!

I do I do , I am going to try the intermmitent fasting...thansk for introducing me to that buddy. I havent eaten today since 6 pm already!! ahh fun!
I will try to up my calories depending on my results tommrow. If I lose weight tommorow morning on the scale, I ll let it stay at 1000 cals. If not, I ll up it.

I am doing intermittent fasting sta rting today and I ate today from 11-6 and fasting till tommoorow noon. should be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with 68-26-5
A 100 more calories than yesterday. We'll see the outcome tommorow. As of this morning I was 113.2, which is a 2 lb loss. I did think that was a little overboard, because I d be satisfied with losing 1 lb everyday. Therefore the up in calories, like all of you insisted.
Supplements:
- L- arginine:- gives me a lot of energy (6 before morning cardio and 4 before evening cardio.
- L- carnitine:- 500 mg
- Fish oil- 4 tabs
- No Lipo 6 or ibuprufen today
All I care about right now is an absolute flat tummy, like the belly dancer didem and lose the under arm fat..
I do a full body tommorow!

I'm glad you're upping your calories. I still think you should up them a little bit more, but that's definitely a move in the right direction :) The last thing you want to do is work hard to lose your weight and then suddenly have it pile back on when you stop going at it hardcore. Congrats on your 2 lbs loss!! Are you already in med school? I'm starting dental school next year.

ewww my calories totaled to 1348 today..
Plus I did cardio only once today, that too 30 minutes. I did 7 sets of SLDL's
I m pretty sure I m seeing a bump up in scale tommorow :(

If you see a bump in the scale its cause you have a lot of food in you .
If you overeat 200-300 calories a day for a week ( over maint ) you'd be lucky to gain an actual lb of weight on your body ..
With keto as long as you're under maintenance and exercising you are good .

Here's a basic outline of my plan.
7:00 am wake up
7:30 cardio (either 45-60 min elliptical or step aerobics)
won't eat until 2:00 pm
eat from 2-9pm
lift heavy weights 3 times a week
I'm not in as much of a rush to lose the weight as you are, although my deadline is quickly approaching. July 4th. It would be nice to lose 10 lbs in 1 month. I want to get down to 15% body fat, which would be like 15 lbs for me that i need to lose.
And yes, i want to be an orthodontist!!

Sounds good to me!! you get the freedom of carbs up, since you have more time..I dont lol. So I m not doing a carb up ... Although I seem to be at a plateau right now. with 113 ..Ok its been only 5 days since i was 113, God give me some patience! haha..anyways.
I love a snack of peanut butter and splenda..perfectly fits my calories, I add 1 gram on my calorie chart for every two packets. Its funny how I love to go grocery shopping these days,..I used to hate it before. Today I got myself, some chicken wings and roasted chicken, now my fridge is full of chicken! haha..I have tons of CB too..
BTW...jello with PB is my new favorite dessert on keto too, you should try it tootella!!
When I get unsweetened cocoa tommorow with full fat college cheese, I m gonna make...
Cocoa+ jello+ cootage cheese + splenda...

Brocolli- makes me appear a lot leaner the next morning
Jello: I didnt take in any jello today so, I will notice the affect of no jello tommorow and report
PB:- I will eliminate PB tommorow. Today I m taking in PB. without jello.
Reddi Wip heavy cream- gotta test the effect of this too.
I had a good spinning session this morning and that was it!! My hammies were sore till last night, now they are good, So ill go for a full body tommorow again with emphasis on legs...

how many grams of protein are you eating everyday? I try to eat 100, although i've been falling short of that lately. I'm suddenly pretty sick, but i'm not letting that stop me from focusing on my diet.
My fiance wanted to get me chicken noodle soup last night. i screamed, "nooooooooooooo" i told him that i would not eat the noodles. he went to the store and came back with brocolli and cheese soup and assured me that it was just fat and cheese, no carbs.
It's been a little bit of a struggle for me to make it til 2 pm without food, especially since i generally get up pretty early. I figure if i stop eating by 8pm then maybe i can start again at 1:00. Since I'm at school at that time, i think i'll break my fast with a ready-to-drink low carb protein shake and 1/4 cup of almonds. That should hold me over til i get home and i can make some real food.
I didn't get up to do my cardio this morning since I'm sick, so i definitely need to make sure that i eat well today. I just want to stay balanced. I'll allow myself to eat some devilish things once a week, but i need to make sure that I workout a lot that day. I wanna make this a lifestyle, ya know?
As for hindi movies, here are my favorites: veer-zaara, gol maal, chachi 420. i've seen a bunch. there are only 2 i think that i didn't like, but generally, i love love love hindi movies.
don't feel bad if your diet isn't going perfectly, you look awesome! it's better not to put too much pressure on yourself. I know for me, when I do that to myself, I set myself up for failure.

Recover soon sweet, and I read an article which says that exercise doesn't have that much of a impact on your weight loss as diet does. SO good job on the chicken and brocolli :) Its far better to just recover and then put your body through strain!
Anyways, so I was doing the peanut butter test, and dammitttttt. Its almost like a carb up for me..never again. i ve done this before and had to throw my PB away, but I got another low carb one anyways. I m sure Im not in ketosis right now...bleh! And super bloated too, hopefully its all water weight and will recover in 2 days... More like a carb up day..
OK off goes the PB in the dustbin, I m so mad!!

I did not count calories, just ate to my appetite, I m trying to regain my metabolism. I have stopped IF, because it puts me in starvation mode, and thus effs up my metabolism. i was doing fine until I did IF. I gotta keep it to 1200 cals everyday and break it down into four meals. Lots and lots of veggies to satisfy my huge appetite.
This weekend I need to buy:
Asparagus
Spiniach
Brocolli
Food weighing scale.

counting calories is a pain in the butt.
i have been doing pretty well with IF, except for the fact that I don't think i'm eating enough during my "feed time" I've been soooo sooo sick for the past few days. I'm finally feeling better, so I can get myself back into the gym tomorrow. And the elliptical I ordered arrives today!!! YAY!! I have weights at home and me and the fiance usually get up and work out in the morning. He does weights and I do a step video. If i want to do elliptical, i have to go to the gym at school, which is really inconvenient.
I just want to lose a lb a week until my wedding, which gives me about 16 weeks, but i'll be happy just to lose 10. Now that it's getting closer and closer, it's easier to stick to and IF is working really well for me.
Good luck to you. Remember not to be too hard on yourself, okay! Just work out and generally eat well and you'll be awesome, which you already are!

As for food weighing, its not that hard once you get the scale, and a decent program for measuring the calories.
I print out my daily meal plan, slap it on the fridge and know exactly how much to weigh out for everything. Although by now, I can grab handfuls and guestimate to the + / - 5 grams :D

I m gonna get very consumed with packing and such in the next few days, since I move to miami for the next four months..lol..So excited ! But I have stopped being obsessed with losing two pounds everyday...Or evey a pound every day. Thats too much to ask. I ll be happy with 1 lb a week now. My calorie calculator says I should be taking in 1400, which is probably way lesser than I ate in the past two days. I think it was my PMS that drove me crazy and hungry constantly. Ah, the pleasures of being a girl. That's one reason I didn't weigh myself or count my calories. I crave sweets like crazy around this time thogh. So jello and splenda came in handy.
I did an hour of spinning, empty stomach. No weights. I plan on doing legs today, I love to see the lift in the bum each day:P lol.. I definitely feel a lot leaner even though the scales dont show a drastic weight loss. But I dont care about the scales anymore honestly. I am so carb incompatible that eating any sweet blots me up like a baloon and I look bad just bad, so thats my motivation, not to even think about them.
I cooked this morning- yummy fish curry(fish, spices, coconut milk, olive oil, garlic, tomato, red peppers, tamarind broth, curry powder)
I made some tandoorii chicken (baked it!) chicken thighs and with skin.
I also made some fried fish..This will last me wayyyy into the week! I am outta brocoolli so gotta buy that..lol

Oh thankssss, I use calorie plate. I ll try calorie kind, but isnt that a paid website? Is it good? I ll pay if its really worth it! Also I think i ll have to buy my food scale myself:( my mom thinks all my eeating and workout, etc. is stupid and she ll talk against it . It really takes me a lot of will power, to do all this at home. I just cant wait to move out, where no one can control my life. lol. I think Ill buy the scale ( and yeah my mom will think i m on crazy). omggg cant wait cant wait..to get the hell outta here lol...only 21 more days, this is going crazy fast oh no!

Its a good program, I like it. The pain in the butt thing to do is inputting your custom foods so you know your Macros are right. Its a Pay Program, and Pay site. The pay site is not worth it, just gives you access to their forum. As for the program, I can PM you the link to Download it for free :X lol
As for living at home, I hear ya loud n clear. Long story for the reasons behind it, but after being on my own for 2 years I have joined the family yet again. And its tough to adjust. I actually heard a speech about my eating habits today, but I just shrug them off, agree, smile, and continue munching on my eggs and bacon :D Congrats on the move out, I still have couple months left here, as I stockpile the cash yet again. Damn SD for being so pricey.

I did an hour of spinning, empty stomach. No weights. I plan on doing legs today, I love to see the lift in the bum each day:P lol.. I definitely feel a lot leaner even though the scales dont show a drastic weight loss. But I dont care about the scales anymore honestly. I am so carb incompatible that eating any sweet blots me up like a baloon and I look bad just bad, so thats my motivation, not to even think about them.
I cooked this morning- yummy fish curry(fish, spices, coconut milk, olive oil, garlic, tomato, red peppers, tamarind broth, curry powder)
I made some tandoorii chicken (baked it!) chicken thighs and with skin.
I also made some fried fish..This will last me wayyyy into the week! I am outta brocoolli so gotta buy that..lol

yeah, considering how small you are already, 1400 sounds about right. i try to stick to 1500 but always end up around 1700. Yeah, i feel leaner lately too, but my "friend" the scale tells me other wise. I've stuck to IF but not been too good about sticking to no carbs. We'll see how it goes with just limiting carbs and doing IF, which definitely decreases my total calorie input. tell me how to make those foods you listed, they sound soo damn good! hooray for moving to miami!! how awesome!! I live in boring Houston, which i love, but it would be nice to live where there are nice beaches. maybe i'd be able to stick to a diet better, HAHAH

hehehe, those are reallyyyyyyyy long recipes to write..but I promise i will one day !! lol I think Im going back to IF now :( Keto food is so good that I tend to go way over my calories. And yes, scales alwayssssssss lie!!
1500 sounds good to me, and carbs, I just cant do carbs because they are so damn addicting. Once i eat em, i m done. I go on a nasty binge and then I m bloated and my skin looks really bad with all the water retention ewwwwwwwwww hehe. so thats one reason I try go stay away from them. I have my bff who lives in sugarland lol....and my future roomate is from houston too :)

so I havent counted calories yet..just got off that time of the month! so tommrow I ll do a weigh in, in the morning and track it down the week. My hormones should not be so berserk anymore.
I am seriously getting a weighing machine tommorow so i can track my calories. i m alraedy in ketosis, so it should get better..and I m going back to IF...

I do full body with emphasis on legs.. and one exercise for every other part of the body...
I ll do..
Squats (lots of them because I dont get doms outta them)
still legged deadlifts
Calf raises
adductors and abductors
hamstring curls
I dont do the quad curl because they genetically grow like weed..and I dont want them to look too huge. And the squats take care of them neways.
I used to do decline leg press, but I just substituted that with more sets of squats onthe smith machine.( i hit the maximum strength of all times yesterday with 100 lbs). So keto is definitely helping my strength.
Then I do decline/incline chest, A shoulder exercise ( lateral lifts, rear delt lifts, hammer curls, biceps, tris...... etc) Different exercise on all lifting days..except for legs.
I used to lift 3x a week, but now only 2x because I feel that helps my strenght a lot more ..I m just lifting so i dont lose my muscles. But, its definitely working.
btw, I went down a lb today. So different folks, different strokes. For me calorie control is very important. But the good news is , if I do go over calories, at the most I ll remain the same weight not really gain anything. WIth controlled calories i ll actually lose... Glad I found this out two weeks prior lol..

Thanks for giving me your routine, I'm helping my cous get her buns into shape (literally) haha. And I've never really worked out with a girl, so I'm trying to get as much info as possible.
