TONY LITTLE ARG! I can not stand that man! he is almost as annoying as richard simmons. and the gazelle?! personally, i think that the gazelle does more good if its used as a clothes drying rack.

If your gonna throw your money away at least donate it to charity and buy a real cardio machine with the money you save on the tax write off.

I could see it being useful for someone who's really out of shape or has bad knee problems, but for everyone else, there are much more effective ways to do cardio without leaving the house. Get a tough aerobics tape or just play some DDR. :)

My wife bought the Weider version of it cheap at a yard sale a while back. It sucked pretty bad and we ended up getting rid of it.
It didn't give me much of a cardio workout, but it did make my hips feel uncomfortable. The motion is awkward and feels as if it could injure the muscles of the hip area.

As cheesy and hateable as Tony Little is, that machine seems like a good idea for people with knee problems.
