I need some suggestions for cutting my first time. I have lifted solid for 7 months. I am 5'8" 175lbs. I have decent defenition, but would like to really see all the hard work I have done. I lift 4 times a week and do cardio 15mins each workout. I am going to up my cardio to 30mins. I eat 6-7 times a day and have a protein shake 3 times a day included with some meals. I also have one for a post work-out shake. My current caloric intake is 3300-3600 cal a day. What should I lower my intake to w/o losing to much muscle? Second, any suggestions on diet would be great. I would like to lose atleast 10lbs. I have read it is good to do a cutting phase 1-2 times a year to help grow bigger. Is this true?
