Here a little about him.
Richard Pinelli Jr
DOB: 6/28/1987
Birthplace: Huntsville, AL
School: Graduated from high school in 2006, currently Sophomore studying Exercise
Physiology at West Virginia Univeristy in Morgantown
Sports: In high school I competed in about every sport including Wrestling, Golf, Football, Track, and of course lifting all year round.
Age Started Lifting- I started lifting at the age of 11 and competing in bench press at the age of 13. I competed in local competitions and was benching 250 at the age of 12 at a weight of 155/160.
Contest History: These are all in the 220lb weight class.

Powerlifting Federation and am 20 years old. I have been lifting for 9
years. I have had a world bench press record of 479 and 2 American
bench press records. I just added deadlifts to my agenda and in my last
competition pulled 573 after just 4 weeks of training
