First time posting, so let me introduce myself. I'm a petite woman that needs to some weight. I am not overweight. I belong to a gym and workout at least 3 times a week. Just a few questions. What are the best supplements out there for losing weight and at the same time toning up. Since I'm a golf-aholic, I like to wear sleeveless shirts and I want to be able to show off my arms.
Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks

The best supplement to exercise is a good diet. :)

Definitely x2 on the diet. I'm no expert and even I know that :) A really good book that I've found is the Eat Clean Diet book and cookbook by Tosca Reno. That's really the only true way you're going to lose the weight and keep it off, with the exercise, of course.

Thanks on replying back. By the way, what is x2. I'm new at all this.
How should I tone up? I need to gain a little bit of muscle so my arms won't look flabby. Is there any good products to look firmer?

x2 means that I agree...kinda like "ditto"
Good products for looking firmer are weights...they're relatively low-cost and will last a very very long time :)

What is a good fat burner to go along with Isopure?
