Well, it looks like my last thread has been lost. There was an outage last Friday, and it appears my thread got lost during it. So for now I'll just bring this old thread back to life. Not a big deal. I'll have tomorrow and Wednesday to lift, then the wife and I will off to California on vacation!

Gym time this morning. Quad day despite the lack of energy!
Squats : 4 x 5
Superset :
Hack Squats : 3 x 8
Split Squats : 3 x 8
Leg Extentions : 1 x 75
Now I need a long nap...I'm sure my employer won't mind :)

Well, this time tomorrow the wife and I will be in sunny San Diego!!! We'll spend a few days there than another few days in L.A. So, needless to say I won't be posting for a while. So hold down the fort for me and make sure everyone behaves. Workout hard or go home!

Hey hoos, there are some great seafood restaurants by the water on Harbor Drive, & while you're there if you have the camera you should take some pics of the aircraft carriers docked across the bay at North Island & post them for the old salts here. Have a great trip & don't worry about your thread, we'll take good care of it. hehe.
