WOW! I have gained 2" on my legs (quads & hams) in ONE MONTH!!!! I don't think this is fat either, I can see major muscle definition. Hell, I actually <i>have</i> hams now!! No wonder I have had trouble walking since I started my new split - kinda like adjusting to shoes with a higher or lower heel- not sore, just awkward.
It seems that they were trying to build themselves up over the past year since I started weight lifting, but the cardio was eating them away.
Thanks to all here for helping me to get on the right track!

Congrats Dianna! That's really incredible!

My legs have gotten smaller since a few months ago. :( But I'm sure it's just some fat I've lost. They were 24", went down to almost 23" and are now getting close to 24" again. If only I could gain 2" as fast as you! ;)
