Hi all, well we've expanded the Women's Forum into a few subdivisions to make it somewhat more organized. I hope y'all like it.
Rebecca, you mentioned a section for "Issues". Would this General Chat do or were you suggesting something else?
Please give input on what you would like to see and if any more subdivisions are needed. Do you thing a Supplement Forum is needed? Ok girls, this forum is for you, what do you want? ;)

MsFit, this General Chat will do just fine....it's just that sometimes I come home from the gym with a bit of steam coming out my ears...usually the result of some neanderthal behavior. Not to worry, I've fought this battle on other fronts...like the golf course.
There is often a both spoken (unfortunately) and unspoken idea that a woman should give way on equipment, should a guy want to use it. Hell no, don't they know I pay the same damned membership that they do. Besides, I've never rested on a flat bench between sets and watched Football. :)

LOL, you're a character. Sounds like you have to put up with a lot of s*** from the guys at the gym. It's not a problem where I train, most are supportive, but there's always that one moron. What's that called? Insecurity? LMAO. Blow the steam off here girl. I'm sure we all have some stories to share. ;)

I love this chat area. And Rebecca, hang in there woman, you are not alone. I can tell you this, the day comes that I move off of a piece of equipment (especially mid-set) just because a guy wants to horn in...is the day that hell will freeze over. It ain't happening

I let them work in, but only if they can keep up. ;) :D

Ahhh...but how often CAN they keep up with the MsFit

LOL, not often. That's why I train alone. ;) Actually I prefer training with the fellas, if they are serious! I may have one, need to give him a call and set things up.

A Supplement Forum would be a great idea...since there are SO MANY out there...and it can get a bit confusing at times.
I'd like to hear what different supplements women on here are...or have used...and what their opinions on them are.
Good or bad...I think everyone's input would be very helpful...to myself and others.
What to use...what not to use...what's a waste of money...etc.

Welcome Shannon and thanks for your input. I'll get to work on it right away and see what we can do. ;)
