I was wondering if you could give me some advice on my diet ande xercise program. i am a full time student and want to lose a few pounds.
stats:
5ft 2

18 yrs old
lots of muscle (13 inch biceps and hard abs), but also a layer of chub!
I exercise 5x a week for about 30 -45 minutes either fast walking or bike machine. I lift three times a week- mostly upper body work since i gain muscle so fast on my body, if I work my legs they grow huge.
breakfast- coffee and 1/2 cup oatmeal
snack- nuts (almonds or cashews)/ hot cocoa
lunch- fruit and chicken
snack- coffee and oatmeal or fruit
dinner- meat and veggies and more....coffee
I know this is pretty vague...It os hard to have a set meal plan, but i pack healthy dinners for work and always eat oatmeal at breakfast. i stay away from fried and processed food for the most part. I eat between classes and i love having coffee in class. i work out durring my luch break and do a 20 min ab class 4 days a week. how does this look, I am willing to make any change that you think will help.
oh yeah, and thanks to a damn DWI I will be walking and taking the bus everywhere so that may help. I guess I just wanto to get out of a rut and am motivated to better myself.
